This is a fraudulent company, do not deal with them. Before financing a car, I recommend that you educate yourself and ask who is going to finance you. This company applies that after you have been paying for the car for a certain amount of time, they will tow it and take it away from you with cheap excuses.just to take your car they are scammers they don't deserve a star AUTO SAMEDAY FINANCE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. BEWARE OF THEM
I paid if my vehicle 4 months ago and they will not release my title … I wouldn’t purchase a car from here. I was loyal at paying my car notes and now that the vehicle is paid off Same Day Auto is giving me the run around.
Don't ever go with these people. I just got a truck from them Saturday an today is Thursday. They all ready took my truck because it was at a hotel when they tracked it. I'm out of 4000 down payment
We bought our Duramax and were financed through same day. Yes the interest rate was high. But being self employed we struggled to find someone to approve us. We made every payment on time and recently paid it off. We received the title as told within a few weeks. We had no problems with Same day. They were helpful with every phone call.
I do not recommend them, their interests are very high and when you are behind in there they are harassing you, look for another financial institution, I do not recommend it
Only reason I gave one star is because I can’t give negative stars. These people are the worst most awful bunch of people to deal with. They add stuff to your account and say now you’re behind on your payments. They add their insurance on the account even when you have insurance and adds $140 more to your payment. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.
Rude very unprofessional and no help at all! It’s as if it’s a burden if you have questions. Also you have to ask several questions to get clarification on one question and reps aren’t knowledgeable at all
Armando and Nester have no professionalism, and do not deserve the position they are in. I guess the owner has as much integrity as they do.
The absolute worst place. They will try to make you pay for thier mistakes and have 9 different people tell you your wrong when you've sent proof of everything, very unprofessional and rude. Do not do business with these people
It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. I purchased the vehicle 8 months ago. During that time I switched positions and had a new pay schedule, I asked if I could get a new payment date, right away initially the answer was yes, however it took 3 months for that to happen. Fast forward, the transmission went out on the vehicle, repair cost $3500.
I called and told them come pick the vehicle up, because I was sold a lemon. The rep said that we can work out something where you can pay later while you repair your vehicle. That never happened, I continued to get collection calls everyday, and them saying we don’t see that agreement in our system. I told them PLEASE! Come and get this car, I don’t want to deal with it or you guys anymore. I will get an attorney to sort out the rest. This company is definitely buyer beware!
This company do not deserve a one star. Rude customer service one they harass the customers. Watch your accounts with them when you get close to the end, they will try to add more fees to you.
Honestly! They are a super easy company to deal with, excellent customer service, mr. NESTOR it’s the best and most understandable and kind person. I personally thank y’all for the professional way they composed them self’s.
Rude, inconsiderate, and I’d give zero stars if I could. Armando is definitely unprofessional. As i could not carry on the conversation he intended to get louder.
They call me harassing me after I told them I would pay them a few weeks late, n told them my problem n they wanna keep calling n calling. They said they write the stuff down so they should know what I told them. 3 weeks don’t just pop up 24 hrs later. If I would of known they was gonna be a problem with there Customers I wouldn’t had gone through these people in the first place. If I could give you no stars I would. There straight up rude n wanna get mad when the other person gets rude back with them. Take a look at yourself
