13Worst customer service. We had been working with a sales rep for 2 days, everything was good to go and all we had to do was come in and sign our paperwork. We were told we could come in at 9: 00 AM to sign and someone would be available. I took time off work only to find out the people who could help us were in a meeting. Zero communication from our salesman- not even a courtesy text or call to say “hey, can you come in a little later - we won’t have anyone available after all. ” Nope. Instead Sames Ford wasted my time completely. I fully understand why Laredoans prefer driving to San Antonio to deal with more competent dealerships.
Bad experience, nothing but wasted time and lack of communication from the Sales team. We were told we could see someone in finance to sign our paperwork, but when we got there they were in a meeting - waited over an hour and still wasn’t helped.
There are no words to express our disappointment from Sames Ford-Laredo unsatisfactory level of customer service after the sell of our special order F350 in which we had been waiting for since November 3,2022. We have expected much more from a reputed company of your standard that sales super duty trucks.
We were informed of the delivery last week on Wednesday, June 21st. Our credit had been pulled and numbers were being negotiated on that same day. After not hearing back from anyone on Friday after several attempts, I contacted the dealership this morning (06.27.2023) in which at that time was told our special order truck had been sold the day after. This purchase would have been the second in less than a year.
We were considerably patient in regards to a resolution and hoped that they’d agree with us that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. We trusted that Sames Ford-Laredo would deal with the issue in a timely manner and would take the necessary measures to prevent such incidents and other disappointed customers in the future. Although a sales representative tried to fix the problem, the GM was full of excuses.

Added surprise fees after deal was done. Stated they were options installed to vehicle after it arrived. These options were never discussed with me. Later, they changed there story and said they were dealership fees that they "forgot" to mention. How convenient! Didn't even know which lie to stick too.
I am the proud owner of a Mustang 5.0.i have never owned a Ford product but I am so impressed by this car's comfort, performance and yes even gas mileage. I took it in to service and the folks at the service dept, Luis Guzman was very professional, had great communication and my car was ready in a few hours, the same day. I've owned many cars in my life and Ford has really impressed me both in the actual vehicles they make and in the service they provide. Thank you Sames!
Ramon was an amazing salesman. He knew his product and helped me choose the perfect vehicle. 10/10 customer service. All in all the Sames team was the best.

Left my car in January. I was told it would take 1 month for the part to arrive. Am back on 3/6/23 and the part is not arrive.

Horrible experience, the sales man Miguel A.looked at us like if we were kids and couldn’t buy anything. He also assumed information without knowing anything about us. He had no knowledge of the trucks. He didn’t even bother to show us the inside of any truck.
Excellent customer service. Jose Bedolla was great. Helped us get our vehicle repaired quickly.
Expecting good care and attention when servicing our vehicle, too much chatting going on and not concentrating on the job's responsibilities. Take better case of customers since its usually a pretty long waiting period of time before services are completed. Keep customers update during the process, maybe a large monitor showing the process status until done will be a good idea to consider.
