I was able to see the manufacturer's suggested price before Sames KIA took it off and decided to add 5K to the MSRP. If you are able to look elsewhere do it, we found a vehicle in Kia New Braunfels at the manufacturer's suggested price. This is the very reason many Laredoans do not shop local when it comes to vehicles.

Honestly, I have always had a great experience with Sames Kia and its family of employees. We just purchased our 2020 Kia Sorento (our sixth car we have purchased) from our second family at Kia. Guillermo, Joe have especially always taken care of us to make sure we get what we want and especially without getting us into a bind.

Sylvia at the service center was absolutely wonderful. I had a horrible experience at the Gosset KIA dealership in Memphis TN and was very nervous about going into another KIA service center. But the techs did wonderful work and made sure everything was correct this time and Sylvia was very attentive and pleasant every step of the way. It’s a shame this dealership can’t be used as a role model for the rest of them. If they used the guys to do the training for the rest of the company my guess is there would never be a dissatisfied customer.

I scheduled a test drive tru Kia web site, received response within minutes from sames dealer to set day and time so, I did respond with details and the vehicle I was interested in received response again confirming and telling me they will be waiting for me to attend me, well i got there, no car ready, nob ody was expecting me, they showed me some other car I was not interested in, and to add on, I won't mention any names but the sales person didn't have a minimal knowledge of the car they were showing me, I knew more just with a little bit of research I did on line at the Kia website, fail, and to make things worst the vehicle I scheduled for test drive was no longer in the lot and nobody had the courtesy to let me know. THANX SAMES KIA FOR WASTING MY TIME.
