Sam's Club reviews
19A billion dollar company horrible technology. They're pushing drive up service for online orders. Online services go down employees not helpful. Don't do online orders at this location service is terrible. A real waste of time. You might as well do the shopping.
Worst location ever! Please correct the right transaction. One exit door Associate is the worst and I will not return to this Sam’s Club again.
Very nice place to shop very clean and worker always willing to help or direct you where to find what you're looking for enjoy shopping at Sam's
I just stop by to pick up some water and most off time i use Samsung pay every time i shop at Sam's except this one in my way at check out, won't accept mobile payments weird, i thought all sams does, unfortunately i left with out water,
Cool experience was a bit confusing. GPS took us up the Walmart ramp until we figured out that Sam's Club was downstairs and Walmart was right above the Sam's. Dit Dit Dit moment over the experience was amazing king of like being on Jetson show. It was cool. And the service is amazing as always!
At 8: 30pm, I got in line at the food counter. There was a line so I figured why not. The lady at the register told us she was closed as soon as I got to the front. I’ve been out running errands and had finally gotten to point in time to get something quick to eat. This was in my opinion, TERRIBLE customer service. It would not have hurt to help us out.
I come In at 11am during the weekdays sometimes. Well things seem to have changed. There was a black lady working the cafe who was great, fast, everything perfect. I dont see her anymore. Since then it's a black woman who appears unhappy and dying inside never smiles. And a Hispanic lady in the back. I'm going to get a membership in Costco.
Their fire or security alarm goes off in the middle of the night sometimes and disturbs the whole neighborhood for at least 30mins. My God, why does it take forever to shut off? Can you please tone down your alarm?
Sam's club please stop pilot for your large delivery they're the worst delivery company there is please stop using pilot for your large delivery
Have been a plus member for 10+ years, but this past year the quality and selection of merchandise has taken a nose dive. Along with the constant reset of my local store. That has become so incoinconven to shop there I am thinking of driving the additional 3 miles to the near by Costco and not renewing when my membership ends.
Exit door Associate is the worst customer service ever! She is rude and I want the Exit door Associate escorted.
Take the back way into Timber Creek for less traffic problems. Sam's is at the end of the shopping area, take Eastridge to Melody Ln. Then make a left down by the gas pumps & parking garage.
Otherwise it's like any Sam's Club.
Omg I absolutely love this Sams Club. Im never shopping at another store.the staff is so friendly & checkout is fast#Favoritespot
Gas station scam, they had a vendor outside at the gas station selling some kind of snake oil and in order to create purchases they slowed down the speed of the gasoline pumps to make you hang out longer to hear their sales pitch. Unbelievable.
Worst sams club location i have ever been to.photo depatrment unattended.photos not marked with accurate pricing.will never give patronage to this location ever again
Has all the items and amenities you’ll find at a Sam’s Club (gas, food court, etc) but this location has several critical drawbacks. First, the traffic situation is terrible. The parking itself is fine but you must brave all the other drivers going into other shops and the gas station. This makes it a crash likely for sure with the weird traffic pattern. Second, walking down the aisles is like being in a suburban mall. You are accosted at every turn with “Do you want to sign up for a credit card” or “can we come to your home for a consultation (window, security, paint, etc). It’s very annoying when you are there to shop. Furthermore, it causes customers to block the aisles when they are talking with these vendors. Lastly, the food samples are sparse. This is a negligible item but can be important if you have kids or a wife along with you to keep them energized to make it through this experience. Save your time and hassle and either order online or go to the Sam’s Club Now store on Greenville.
5 Stars to 1 Star - I can't believe the downward spiral of this location. With the removal of Human Checkouts to Store resets and the Food Court no longer able to check out store items, I do not have time to run my business this way! I have had to rethink our business based off of inventory and store selection. Today I spent 45 min on what should have been a 10 min stop. Very few items we buy weekly were available or hidden in a mass store reset that has been going on for months, nor could I find knowledge staff to help me. I left my cart and drove to Costco. I am not sure they can help, but I am done with SAMS / Wall-Mart #NoExcuses
This is my first time at this location. This location was a challenge to get into the first time. I like that it was in a parking garage and it does not have a tbc side. The store was nice and clean and was not to busy.
The last few times I have been at this location, the check outs have been run by young employees. Clueless about efficiency, too busy playing with several employees at one check out. Today, after shopping for an hour, I went to check out. The young girl swiped my card and my card expired - I just used it last Wednesday - it’s also the card I use for the mega church I’m employed by, to buy $1,000’s in supplies for the ministry I direct. Customer service would have told me my card had expired, checked me out and walked me to the renewal line. Unfortunately, no customer service was had at Sam’s today. The young girl said “your card is expired, you need a new card. ” The girl next to her said “and we close at 6: 00. ” I looked at both of them, looked at the 12 items I walked the store for an hour collecting and decided after 31 years of being a member, it’s time to try Costco. Hopefully they have trained their employees a little better. Customer service is the only thing stores can offer anymore to get me in and I won’t stand for anything less. A real shame, Sam’s.
