Sam's Club, San Antonio TX

The lines were long but that's typical on a sunday. I suggest downloading their app and adding you're bank card or credit card. You can checkout without having to wait in line thru the app. Update: Went in today and it was busy but i was able to use the app and scan & go in about 15th mins. The scan and o feature is awesome. Because if you have less than 10 items you can scan & go instead of waiting in the long lines.

I love Sam’s Club.

The main drawback is the produce that is old most of the time.

In comparison to Costco, the latter is slightly of a higher quality products.

Great place to come for anything. Just don't sign up for AT&T here! Just don't do it. I've been a member over 5 years and finally signed up with att thinking I would save because that's what I was quoted, come to find out att won't honor the price I was quoted bc Sam's is a 3rd party. BUYER BEWARE

Great for any Christmas needs and great for all of your winter prepping. No limits on water, toilet paper and paper towels and lines for check out were not too long.

Every time I have visited this location it is absolutely PACKED. Customers don't social distance, and it seems the concept is lost on the facility.

Most customers were not using PPE, and an associate made a snide comment at how I had my daughter covered in her stroller.

An item was missed at checkout, and I had no other option but to send my family out so I could get back in line (a long line) to check out the item.

Love Sam’s! And today which is Saturday wasn’t too bad and got what I needed and got out quick and the cashier that helped me today was very friendly and that was nice. So yes great place and employees

Never any employees to help when shelves are empty and only the top and back shelves have the products. Store never seems clean or orderly

My 1st time shopping experience @ Sam's, very well kept nice n clean like the atmosphere 4a single person i feel it's the Place 2 shop 4 certain items. Will go back.

Shop online find everything cheaper at a very good reasonable price.no time for looking around? Great they have a scan and go so you can skip the long lines and the wait especially with blck Friday right around the corner

I go there for a few items that I buy over and over again. Of course I always find something new and interesting. Great place for Christmas presents

Went here and all refrigerators were out. They didn’t have Nestle water which was the main reason for my visit. The warehouse is small and cramped not to mention the lines to pay at register/parking is tedious. Luckily we have the scan & go option, if not I would give no stars. I don’t recommend this location.

Coming in from out of town, This location is smaller than what I am used to. The clothes selection is very limited. Store was clean and organized, however, Too many people in a smaller space, with covid concerns I really just wanted out of there. Made my quick purchase and left. Didn't stay and browse as I normally would

My wife and I moved to a new home. Their is no Sam's club near us. My wife had knee surgery. Can't drive. I don't drive for health reasons. They took money out for membership. My wife called to cancel membership and get refund back. They policy is to inconvenience you by making you to come to store to cancel membership! My wife wants the money put back in our account. If it was up to me they can keep the money and stick it where the sun doesn't shine!

Today was bad day to go hard to find parking understand they were repaving parking lot but no one to make sure no issues of people coming in wrong way making way to much traffic than needed. Also inside was packed lots of people not wearing mask with that many people. Also two girls with 5 kids and help from Government stealing not scanning lots of items so they can steal some items. Showing kids bad example makes you wonder how they are treated at home. Told employee that ladies didn't scan lots of items and she almost was going to let it go. She said they would get them at door and I told her no they won't cause they had two and a half baskets. Good they she checked their items right and seems they had to pay other items afterwards. But employees need to really care about things like that or people will steal all the time.
