This review is mostly about the food court every single time I come here there’s always a long like stretching across the kitchen not because they have a lot of costumers it’s because they only have 2 people working here so it’s impossible to take Oder when you can’t even make them I spent 30 minutes just trying to get 1 slice of pizza

My previous review somehow disappeared. The pros: As far as organization goes this store is nice. The employees in the actual store are friendly and helpful. Clean.
The cons: they’re always out of Doritos and my kids take those for lunch. The cafe I order on my phone and pick it up but I’ve been forgotten about several times we once waited a whole hour! We got no compensation no apologies nothing just oh guess we forgot it’s going in the oven now.and this is after we’d went up there several times asking where our food was. The sales people. I don’t like dealing with people looking to sell me stuff I’m not there to sign up for an outrageously priced electric company or any other sales.

The store is always organized. They usually have a large number of shoppers at all times, but it's never a hassle to get around the aisles. The prices & quality are good.

Tammy does too much. She wants to be the boss. She’s VERY RUDE, she thinks she knows it all. Her customer service is VERY HORRIBLE.

After our visit today we’ve decided to switch to Costco. We were accosted by five separate outside vendors attempting to sell us stuff. This is out of hand. I can live with one, but five made it feel like walking through a cruise ship terminal. This sucks for a club I pay to be a member of.

Edit: we tried Costco and we’re never coming back to Sam’s! Costco doesn’t have pushy third-party salespeople aggressively marketing their garbage. The Costco store is laid out better than Sam’s and they’ve got more checkout lanes with actual real employees to help you unload/load your cart. Checkout is fast and easy, even with the long lines. They’ve got plenty of free samples everywhere! Way more than Sam’s. And Costco’s hot dog, pizza, and chicken bake are way better than Sam’s. Also, at Costco you order your food at a kiosk (like at Buc-ee’s) and it comes out fast instead of waiting in the ridiculously long line at Sam’s (I’ve left that line at Sam’s before because 20 minutes is way too long to wait for a hot dog).

We tried to scan one item is not working. We call for help We waited a long time and did not find any help, and there was no interest from the workers in helping the customer

The attitude of the cafeteria staff is that they put things together as if we were animals and the look on their faces when serving you is as if they had them under control.

Second time I when to get either a hot dog or meat lover's pizza and they were out. After standing in line for 30 minutes with my twins, it was very disappointing. Keith

My membership card fell out of my pocket in the store today. There is no way to contact Sams lost and found or sustomer service. The phone number on web page and my receipt has been changed.

We went into sam’s today 06/29/23 to purchase dog food and ice cream. Naturally us hungry folks got a pizza as well and during this transition I lost my checkout receipt.

When we left the store this short latino (i think) boy checked us for our receipt and I let him know i lost it and i showed proof of my transaction on my card statement. He said i still needed my receipt which is understandable thats literally his job so i was like okay whatever thats fine minor inconvenience. It is my fault i lost the receipt so no big deal.
We went to an associate to help us and she helped us quickly. She was polite.
She let the guy know we we’re good to go.

As we left the store he said “have a good day” and my brother said “i don’t think so” bc our ice cream has melted and time was wasted.
He responded “then don’t” girl there was no need for sass
Anyway I just looked at him and he gave us a thumbs up. I didn’t say anything because our time has been wasted enough. I hope he enjoyes checking his receipts. His name was like vinny or something.

Seeing the other reviews for this location customer service is clearly not top priority.

I Love Sam’s. But this was was my first time coming to this location.one of the ladies was very rude.when my husband approached her about calling someone to bring down some size 5 Huggies’ Diapers.mind you She was stocking up some stuff on one of the beauty aisles therefore when we approached her we were able to see her from the side but not once did she turn around to look at us. Is like she didn’t even want to be bothered. And then she called someone on the radio so we just thanked her and waited on the aisle.just pure bad customer service

This is the best Sam's club branch I have been to compared to other ones. They are always stocked on basic pantry items. They usually have cool free samples and the produce section has fresher items.

I always get whatever I go to Sam's Club for. Never a problem. Only the gas line takes forever but other than that. It's all good

Tried to eat at the cafe but had to leave after standing in line for 15 minutes and never moving. Not shure if people couldn't order their food or employees could not take the order.

I actually really like this store. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the electricity sales that happens inside. I took the time to listen and believed what was sold to me even though I had questions about the small print. Well after not being able to sleep tonight I started searching and found that I was correct in the small print that I had been lied to about and I just decided to come here with the hopes that you reading this won’t be taken advantage of. We are still within the 3 days of signing this too good to be true exclusive sams club member agreement to “just energy” and praying that we can cancel before it even begins. Do yourself a favor and RUN. Google “just energy sams club” and you’ll see exactly why. I feel sams club should be aware that their customers are being sold lies. Otherwise the store itself is pretty good. Try the pizza! Make sure you bother the heck out of them though cuz they’re sleeping in the back waited 40 min for one single pizza how do you not notice you’ve skipped my number after I’ve gone up there twice. We were number 16 and you’re on 30 now… insane.

It was busy, but very clean. Scan and go is a life saver for making quick trips and not spending all day in line.

I had a Terrible experience today at my local sams club.
I had my membership expired few weeks ago, and recently renewed it online.
When I go to the checkout they wouldn’t let me shop even though I had my receipt and emails showing proof of my renewal, the lady at the customer service counter wouldn’t help me at all or even check in the system for me. So I left.
I later call help center, and they check my account and it shows my renewal.
So I had to leave my stuff for someone who wouldn’t do their job right.
Such a waste of time.
