Don't go to this location Conroe is way better had a situation and the Manager sent me a pre response didn't even address what I was saying just what she thought happened just another sign of poor management and them not caring about the customer thinking of going to Costco if they apparently don't care to lose customers

DELIVERY STAFF
The morning shift of 08/14_23 was very incompetent, including the manager who did not care about the damage I had to my trailer. It's very rude, unlike all sam's i have been to. Of course, I will not return to this facility ever again.

The club is nice and stays fairly well stocked with the items I need. I'm a repeat buyer so my priority is to get in and out quickly. I use the "Scan and Go" app to expedite my visit. Unfortunately the management focuses on the registers and the line to exit is veryalways long. They rarely address this issue by adding additional staff at the door.
I feel it would be faster to check out and pay at the register.
Pay attention managers. You have an issue that's not being addressed

Ok, if you seen my reviews on little caesars at multiple locations or gone there yourself you know they are awful Go to Sam's and get your pizza. Just a few short minutes and you'll get great pizza at an excellent price. The Supreme is my favorite. They don't skimp on anything.

8/3/23 @142pm. Just waited at the jewelry counter for 22 minutes.yes I asked for help from 4 different people including a manager! I also see you only respond to the bad reviews when the good ones really deserve a thank you.but I digress. I will spend this $ somewhere else! #unbelievable #sorelydisappointed #nostars

The gas pump attendant named Kane is amazing! He helped me push my car into the pumps when I ran out of gas rolling into the gas station. Without hesitation he ran straight to me with a desire to serve. This really made a huge impact on me and he deserves a big thank you! Please show him appreciation for the efforts he is putting in out here in this heat.

I bought this chicken there, I ate a piece or two from the top and been vomiting profusely since.
When I broke it open it was bleeding like crazy, and all the meat is covered in blood.
I called to talk to the manager Michele, and she wasn’t even listening to me on the phone - talking to someone else.
Then she was super rude when I had her attention.
I better get a refund and some!

Was very disappointed today with Sam's Club in the Woodlands, found a very nice tomahawk that me and my son were excited to cook tonight, I didn't realize (but he caught) the packaging was opening in the corner, told the meat market that it was opened they took it to the back re-wrapped it, not even taking the old wrap off before (kinda of made both of us sick that they would do that) so we left with no purchase pretty sad that we pay yearly for a membership that something like this would happen. May have to cancel our membership.

What I like most is to buy all kinds of meats, they are of excellent quality, variety and very good prices. I love the delicious little croissants that they sell on a kind of tray. And they always have offers on various products such as vegetables, fruits, cheeses, etc. Today I bought a 3 Lt extra virgin olive oil, from Member's Mark to try, its price $18.48.

We have been to this location twice. Both times we have found much more than we initially came for. The store is clean and the employees are always kind and helpful. I was shocked today when an employee noticed that I had my hands full with my 12 month old. He took the heavy item I was trying to put back and even tied my shoe.
I’m not sure why people are making a big fuss about this location or making comparisons to Costco.

Sam's Club always has the best deals! We bought lots of healthy treats for our summer school program. Minus one star because it took employees a hot minute to check us out because they couldn't find someone who had access to our school district identification card.

Mikaela es a very nice clerk. She gave my handicap husband water while he was at the entrance sitting on a electric cart waiting for me. Afterwards, she also offered me a bottle of water. Never seen this from a clerk at Sam's.

The organization in this store has really declined. We are members of both Costco and Sam's, as they have different merchandise. I really like the casual wear Sam's offers. Unfortunately, tonight I was searching for capris in my size. The clothing was so disorganized as to make my search impossible.
Today, 2/28/22, the store was immensely better organized, but perhaps due to the supply chain issues, low on stock.
Today 6/4/22 the store seemed better supplied

Bad customer service at the Shenandoah location. I wanted the tankless Epson 3850 printer. They had 4 different types, but only the more expensive ones had visible price tags. The one I wanted did not have a price tag. I used Sam's club app on my phone to scan the printer, and it gave me a price of $299. Satisfied with the price, I put it in my cart to purchase at the register. As I was checking out the printer, rang up at the higher price of $379. I called someone for assistance. This person called the acting manager, who told me I could not get the printer at the price my Sam's app says because it was online only. But the app didn't specify the price online vs.the price at the store. If I knew that the price was much higher, I would have never put it in my cart. Sam's needs to be more upfront and clear with prices. They should always have their items labeled, and they should always post the price online and the price at the store at their app so the customer can decide where to buy it and not experience disappointment. Sams should honor the customer request when they know they have made the mistake. The good thing is that Costco is just down the road, and whenever Sam's has a sale, Costco is not far behind. That day, Sam's lost a sale, and a customer and Costco continue to be the best with customer service and prices. I got the printer I wanted for the price I wanted at Costco. In conclusion, always look at your other options and avoid getting into some store scams. Note: picture taken at Costco.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I am so upset this is the closest club to me. I have to place VERY large orders on a weekly basis and anytime I call in and have an issue, they cannot help me or they cut me off and put me on hold and then HANG UP! I have never experienced such TERRIBLE customer service in my entire life. I am going to reevaluate and find another place to take our business for weekly orders. Clearly, manners and professionalism are NOT part of training here.

I recently bought a playhouse for my kiddos this past weekend, and after putting it together on Tuesday, I received my monthly Sam's instant savings email where this same playhouse was marked down $100 dollars. I decided to call in to see if I would be able to receive the same discount since i just bought the playhouse days before. After speaking with a representative over the phone, they informed me that I could receive a 100 dollar gift card or a $100 credit back to my card I used to purchase since the item was purchased within 14 days. When I went to the customer service desk to explain my reason for coming up, she looked over to her manager to see if this was a valid reason to credit, which at that point, the manager finished up the phone call she was on and immediately said No, I am going to lunch. She then proceeded to walk away. I then explained to her that I was told something different and was there another manager I could talk to. She said, no they are at lunch. She then called another manager on her headset and walked away. She came back to tell me that I could take apart the playhouse and bring it back and return it to then repurchase it at the sale cost. (I mean really). She then passed me to another manager who was in charge of inventory (his response to me was I don't work in the return department). He then decided to give me a gift card of $100 for my troubles and miscommunication. Right before I was going to be issued the Gift Card, the original rep stopped and said wait, this sale is for online only (as she is flipping through the pages of instant savings) and we do not match online pricing. I asked for a customer service number multiple times. I finally got it and called in and received my credit.

After my experience today, I doubt that this review will actually matter to this locations leadership. The level of disrespect and lack of customer service I received from their management and customer service staff was hopefully a rare occurrence, but something that left a mark for this customer.

As great as any Sam’s Club except the cranky old lady at the out door. She even ripped one of the compost bags looking for the barcode and didn’t say anything. When she was done she just walked off without even a “have a nice day” or “thank you”.

Had all things I looking for. Have great deals on tires on selected days. Been going here for 10+ years. The staff I have interacted has always been great people.

Good prices if you shop carefully. They are prone to moving items around to make you spend more time shopping than necessary.

The curbside pickup is the worst I have been at. Order is over an hour late and when they show it is ready we wait another 20 plus minutes for them to bring it to our car. What is purpose of scheduling a curbside pickup if it is not ready anywhere close to the time.
