Sam's Club reviews
13 The food court at this Sam’s Club is absolutely horrible.
It is always understaffed, and it takes forever to get your food. They don’t read the orders or call them out, so you have to aggressively work the pick up counter to have any chance of getting your order filled.
And to top it off, the tables and floors are almost always filthy with trash cans overflowing in trash.
I’ve eaten at many a Sam’s Club cafe and this one in Tyler is by far the worst.
They make delicious manicotti! We bought 120 bottles of spring water, the Manicotti Dinner, Beef Kieolbasa, double size jug of Nestl`e flavored creamer, & more for less than $60! Diapers are cheaper too!
First timer in getting my card and walked in and was directed straight away. Easy process.
Typical Sam's. Navigate and make your purchase and depart.
It is a very atypical parking lot.
Clearly, they are planning mega expansion. There is a light for people to go down a dead-end road, which turns into the parking lot.
People are u-turning at this light to go to the Sam's gas station
Creates havoc at the light for arrivals and departures.
A great store, but super crowded. Wall-to-wall people. I try to go later in the day to avoid the crowds. Checkout lines are always long. This store doesn't stock several of my favorite items that are available in Longview or Fort Worth.
I love this store. After a very hot summer of 100+ degree weather, we got a rainy day. Delivery team went from working in breath-stealing heat to working in a downpour. My delivery guy was cheerful and courteous in spite of the rain. Or maybe because of the rain. It was very easy to park in the delivery spaces. My Order came out in less than 5 minutes. My order had been filled by the shopper perfectly. You should definitely try this service!
Good store extremely un organzied deli there’s like 3 people working with a line of 80 people
This store has alot of what I need my only issue have been with the longer than life check out lines and them running out of the 40 packs of water. Normally every one is super helpful and friendly.
We shop Sam’s club all the time. So thankful to have this in Tyler! The downside… the fast food /pizza at the front of the store. We have picked up a slice or two often over the years for a quick convenient and cheap meal. Lately noticing the pizza is not as good as it used to be but more than anything the restaurant is dirty. Napkins/trash everywhere and dirty tables. I’m wondering if this is a result of being understaffed but in the meantime we will be avoiding their fast food. It sure makes me wonder how clean it is behind the counter…
We have been very pleased with the Tyler store. They are very friendly and the selection and prices are great.
The tables at food court are always nasty! #gross. The ladies were also very rude and seemed to just want to leave. Service is horrible!
Always a great place to go to for bulk buying. Store is always clean, employees are very kind and helpful.
By making members wait until 10: 00AM has cost you my business it seems I’m not important to you or my money not important enough for you. I can gladly send my hard earned money at another store. Hope you enjoyed it because it’s done
