Sam's Club, Dallas TX

I have a business act, we show up at Sam's this Hispanic land tells us that if we don't sign up for the Plus membership or what ever we can't go in.but she was only doing it to the black customer

I did a pick up order and waited over an hour and half just to recieved my items! They only had one person working by himself! I will definitely not be ordering for pickup again!

Alot better than the one on 1-20 in GP lines not as long and the workers are polite and helpful

This is our closest Sam’s Club, and while the neighborhood is not exactly the best, I have found the service from the associates in nearly every department, as well as the quality of products to be very solid. We do much, if not most of our grocery shopping here, and find the prices and quality to be fair or even excellent.

I never leave reviews, but today JT definitely made me change that. He really made me feel like more than just a customer. He took out time to show me what the problem was on my vehicle and gave me the best service.

I've came to this location plenty of times over the span of three months at different times of day to buy a certain item from their hot deli area. I'm always told they is a shortage yet when I'm coming into the store I see multiple people of a certain race with multiple orders of the item they say they don't have. How do I take this? I'm being lied to in my face by these employees yet my membership is paid and they are getting paid. I'm not sure what to do but the proof is in the cameras. Is this something that's taught in training or the employees just do what they want?

Very clean go early in morning no waiting. I went on a Friday. I'm going on a Tuesday for a hot pizza more details later.

We placed a online order from the Sam Club on Wheatland rd. In Dallas and the delivery driver dropped off my order without ringing the door! I just happened to go outside and saw my groceries at the door! Eggs, meats, bread ect.then I tried to call the store NO ANSWER!

Just shop and check myself out, and then they still look at my cart when leaving. It's ridiculous that people are checking your cart when leaving rather than having enough people checking me out!

The coffee area must improve and synchronize with the app. One orders and then the person who goes to pick it up is not ready or they tell you that what you ordered is not available. Then another employee comes, checks and says yes. There is no good management in this department.

Everyone in bakery is rude af.that supervisor has no customer service. I will never go to this location and spend another dollar! Very dissatisfied…

The older lady with glasses who is in the customer service area is rude. She shouldn't work in that area if she doesn't like that Hispanics speak English. I went to return something and she told me I'm doing you a favor by accepting it from you, ma'am! I know the rules of sams! If the product has a sams guarantee and I bought it 3 months ago, it is obvious that my guarantee is valid, so I wait 2 hours!

We go to Sam's Club almost once a week. This time, it was at I 20 and Great Southwest Parkway. Sam's Clubs are very much alike. Their meats are fresh and tasty and they are great places to buy food in bulk to save money.

I could not pick up my item because it was so many cars parked without there stuff. I want use crubsite anymore

This is very inconvenient because a big cart by commercial customers is not placed at the entrance. I have spoken to customer service several times, but the correction is not working.
Even now, 2 years after I said it, it hasn't improved at all. Even there are only a few big carts, so I have to go everywhere to find them.

The staff that today 7-7-2023 placed the flowers need more empathy in their work, remember that the client sometimes needs attention and that is why they are there, be more kind.
