Sam's Club, Mansfield TX

Second time coming for curbside pick up. Left on hold for 15 minutes and finally got tired and hung up. Been waiting for 30 minutes for the second time around for 5 items and still no help. To top it off my I’m here button was not working on my app and instead said reorder. What a waste of time! This has been terrible!

"Eavesdropped" on the staff meeting, and I was left laughing and grinning ear-to-ear! When I was waiting for my tires to get done (and pondering whether to bring a pizza to work), the manager led a energetic and uplifting staff pow-wow, which resembled more of a pre-game locker room, "get psyched! " talk! (And who knew that one guy refurbed old cars? !) "Be Brilliant at the Basics! " KUDOS to the staff for making my day!: D

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, great product selections, good deals and pricing.

Took 15 minutes to get my small order. And served last even after others got there after I did.

I love Sam's club. You can buy almost anything here and it's always clean. Sometimes, there are lines that are a little long but the savings is worth the wait.

Buying in bulk is fun! I mean. Who wouldn't want a 50 gallon drum of pork n' beans?

Most ridiculous sam's club with no ethics. They sent confirmation that order is ready for pick up, when I went their, they said sam's cancelled your order due unethical reasons. The manager just throwing the mistake on their lower employer and didn't try to fix the issue. Don't go to this sam's club

Customer service is the worst nightmare ever staff treats you like you’re an inmate for gods sake. Was charged 2 times so the same item and it took me 1 hour to get a simple problem fixed. Mackinze at the door needs to be fired for lack of common sense and customer service.

Pickup service sucks, only 1 worker kept coming out for everyone's order, i waited 30 mins to get a spot, THEN an HOUR for my 2 items to come out to me, Never Again

Worst online service ever! If you order from the app and have questions or want to make a change then you are screwed. I called the store and can not get anyone on the phone. Every department doesn't answer the phone. So disappointed!

Very busy on Saturday afternoon as expected, but got in and out quickly with the Sam’s Scan N Go app

It's a small Sam's and I feel like it doesn't carry alot of stuff. They do have alot of snacks.

Good Sam's! Always busy and the food court is a little slow but still awesome! Very nice convenient store and I can always find parking that isn't to far away!

Phenomenal location.
Prices do absolutely vary, week to week. I would highly recommend making it a habit to make shop 2-3 times monthly here, and returning at different intervals so you can maintain the best balance on pricing. I would not recommend doing a large grocery haul (eg your entire monthly list or more) in a single shopping session; it seems like you’ll end up paying 70-100$+ more every time because the prices actually really do move up and down on special or specific consumable items.

Next time y’all package your pasta, either change the instructions or be careful which containers you put them in. I heated my shrimp penne pasta and did as the instructions told me but when it was done, the plastic container did melt a bit and caused some of the food to fall out so I ended up transferring it to a baking dish and it left me a disaster of a mess.

First time went to renew my membership and upgrade it to plus and was handed a use card and told that people are using memberships card this is my very 1st time over all the store is stocked pretty well
