26I generally go shopping for large quantities for my place of work. It's usually good, but for the last few weeks I have noticed that the trade undersupplied.
Not sure what is going on at this location today. Almost every basket was spread out in the parking lot. Told the manager and she did nothing. And the MUSIC at the gas station. Well all I can say is I felt like I was at a bar.
Haven't done curbside pickups here for a while due not efficient, however now they got it right and was able to get my picks fast.
We stopped by to look at tires. The tire guy was very nice and looked into the various tires that could be used on our car. The tread was wearing thin on the front tires a lot faster than the back tires. We did not buy any tires today but that did not lessen the nice service we received.
No social distancing enforced.
No wide aisles or traffic flow directions on the floor.
Other clubs are more organized
I heard sam's offers a card which if you pay for it you can have a bounce card with $45, but when I wanted to get that they said we don't have my name registered in their system, while my last card had expired only, and they said they can't offer me that option.
I find pretty much what I need at Sam's and they have such nice employees and greeters, and I shop here 3 times a day, 6days a week, so the staff know me here.
Worse service ever. There is never a manager on site when you need one. And trying to make a big order for a company function after calling several times to confirm and the day of nobody knows nothing. We will never use them again and will not be renewing or membership. We rather go to Costco!
Rick was very helpful kind and knowledgeable of his job. Updated my inf.without asking. Finally! After so many years of having trouble finding my info.in the computer system. Definitely 5 employee!
Didn’t like staff! I came when it was almost closing. The men (looks like Thai) told me “Hey! Where you going! It’s closed over there”! This is totally impolite! I’ve never heard something like that in another stores! Sams club you have to teach your employees some manners and how to work correctly in customer service relations! I wouldn’t’ give any star at all!

Got there for the first time to buy a four berry sundae 5hej I waited 30 min in the line because they have 2 employees only. She gave me the sundae half full. Worst branch and worst customer service
I just bought rotisserie chicken and the chicken have a lot of feathers on it like come on can you please wash it and make sure it's clean and without Feathers. This is so disgusting and made me sick in my stomach
This location is chill, clean, quiet. The checkout lanes are quick, and alot of them if not all are open. My stress level never peaked.
It's a very big departmental store. You can only do shopping here if you are a card-carrying member of the store. Have got varieties of products ranging from food items, electronics, babies, etc. They have got good prices for their product. They do sales most of the times. They have a massive area for vehicle parking.

This the absolute worst Sams Club in Houston. Insane store policies make shopping here a nightmare. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend anyone considering shopping here to find anywhere else and save yourself the time and headache.
Shopped for about 150 dollars in products and waited in line at the tobacco cage to check out. One customer ahead of me almost done, making me second in line with no one else in sight. Just before the associates current customer left another man walked up and was given preferential treatment over me and was allowed to place an entire order for his convenience store. It was apparent that the man was one of the associates usual customers. This is how they treat you at sams club.
