Sams a nice place to shop. Its aisles are wide enough to maintain our distancing and the arrangemenplus supply makes shopping a breeze. I was surprised though, it was out of bananas

The Sam's Club in Harlingen has all your needs and then some. Nothing like a Valley Sam's Club! EXTREMELY professional and courteous.

Hadn't been to Sam's in a couple of weeks. Had to return some stuff and customer service was great as usual. Bad part was we had to wait in line outside. When we got there they had let a large group in. So we got in line with less than a handful of people in front of us. The kicker was as we waiting a large amount of people exited the store. No exaggerating, it was definitely alot more than they let in when we got there. So I started wondering what the process is cause it felt like they were just making us stand in the sun for kicks and gigs. Well shame on me for going to Sam's during Covid. Lesson learned. Won't be giving them my business unless I desperately need something from there. Heads up to everyone, be ready to bake in the sun, til they feel like letting you in.

But u need a membership to get the discount but u can go to Costco for same discount without membership

Great place to get bulk items. This one is decently stocked and fairly efficient. Phone app check out is a must. Only concern, sometimes they go out of stock on good items and do not restock.

It sure be easier to use Express to check out if it would take money.like at wallmart.please look into this. Make line waiting better

Very helpful staff and courteous. The individual took me to the product I was looking for, instead of just telling me where it was. Awesome!

Close to my winter home. Inexpensive gas. The large quantities make storage at home a challenge.but I make it work. I will shop Sam's at home but not often.

Miserable shopping experience. Tons of pushy salespeople trying to get you to buy cell phone plans, knives, cleaning products, and make up yet no workers at checkouts and yet they charge you for a membership. After four years of waiting for this place to get better it just gets worse. Obviously their business model is not about the customer experience. Good experience though with getting tires those guys are good and nice people at the door checking receipt. When the person at customer service couldnt even replace my broken card just decided it isnt worth it and will take our business else where.

People at the pharmacy are awesome. We were waiting to pay and an attendant got someone to help us pay for our stuff. Great personnel.

Sam's is really a wonderful place to shop at. I love how easy it is to pick out dinner for a large group and still have enough for dessert! The store is always clean and prices always visable.

Sams is what it is. Warehouse shopping! Its clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Service is quick. Most prices are good. It needs more organic options, and a much better parking lot. Otherwise its the best of what it is.

Love the shopping experience here. And on weekends they have free samples! Mmm! Free lunch if you go around collecting them all.:)

I was standing store anything you need and quantity they have it sometimes they have great prices on some of their items not on all of them

The only problem I have is their prices are not what they say they are. They listed green beans for $4.98 but they rang up for $5.58. I was told by customer service that the difference was because the green beans I received were organic. But those were the only green beans. This wasn't the first this happened to me. So that's why I decided to comment. The old bait and switch trick especially during Christmas.

Clean and organized, didn't like the fact that they only had 2 lanes opened and the lines were extremely long.
