Horrible customer service. Not only will they stand there and ignore you, they are completely unhelpful in providing information. I have always gone here for my flu vaccine, even in 2020 during the worst times of Covid as a walk in with no issues. Now they just make up their own rules. Today they refused to take my family as walk ins. There was no one else waiting and the tech who barely spoke English rudely told me I would have to go elsewhere because they only take appointments now. I asked where it says that because it does not say that online or in store anywhere. The pharmacist who rolled her eyes and could not be bothered with assisting me said she makes her own rules and today they decided they aren’t helping walk ins.

Do yourself a huge favor and don’t bother using this pharmacy. I certainly won’t be back.

This pharmacy used to be amazing; however, the old staff members recently quit en mass and the new staff is not nearly as helpful. The wait time takes forever, they don't give you the doses as prescribed by the doctor, and they don't seem interested in in their customers' health. One of the pharmacists literally walked away from me mid conversation as I was trying to ask her about a new medication I got. The pharmacist failed to mention when to start this new medicine- an important detail that later caused health concerns for me. Basically, do not go here.

Excellent service. Lots of social distancing. Check in was great, albeit a little bit of wait. Imani and Mona were excellent. Imani is excellent at giving covid shots. So fast so quick. I barely felt it. Highly recommend it.

I had my Covid vaccine at this location and Dr. Mona was very courteous and informative. The staff was very friendly, they gave us snacks and water after the vaccination.
