4Even y'all are busy, but still need to learn to pick up the phone while it's business hour I have been ringing the phone like 30 mins. I have ordered tires but never hear back from anyone.
Picked up some items that were ordered online. Without even asking associate approached and quickly located my order and and got me on my way. I enjoy seeing the new merchandise and seeing the deals, but especially the online order and order picking service. I will definitely be back soon.
Wouldn't trust this particular locations auto employees to get anything done. If in fact they do, believe they avoid doing work to the point of where their lacodasical work ethic could cost you. I don't know the name but one young guy is behaves like an entitled little brat, has no sense of common courtesy and if forced to put forth effort does so very begrudgingly. Sams in Garland or Dallas has auto employees who actually engage in the work and additionally are far more educated on customer service as well as automotive issues. Skip this nightmare, it seems they strive for that here to lighten the workload.
