The second i walked in some man approached me and asked what i needed, i went on to tell him i was looking for base coat etc and he laughed in my face (for a good 10 seconds) and was so rude.he embarrassed me in front of the whole store, i felt discriminated against and disrespected.

Very bad costumer service. There policy of no exchange or return is bad what if you get the wrong power you waste money in product you never use

BEWARE! SCAMMERS Do not buy anything from them via Walmart or any other marketplace space. They advertise unbelievable deals on items and then ship you cheap nail supplies. I paid $12 for a $2 nail filer.

These ugly asian hos are very racist rude and disrespectful, if I could rate zero I would. Would never recommend. Ugly asians with ugly attitudes!

New nail tech in the area and I wondered why no one ever mention this nail supply especially since it’s so close to me and I found out why. I walked in the store at 5 and I saw store closed at 5: 30. Glancing over OPI gel for a quick buy and whomever rudely interrupted pointing at phone that says 5: 11 that the store closed 5 mins ago. I said the sign says 5: 30. He says they close early on Friday. The door says 5: 30. I felt racially profiled and from many other stories this store does not do business with anyone of pigmentation. It’s 2022. Don’t waste time here we are not welcomed. Hope this helps

Never buy the drill machine there. They will not resolve any issues even the machine has the defect. I bought a Medicool 35k pro power, 2 days later, I called them to let them know that my drill machine battery was not on green even I charged it for a whole day. They said I have to contact the company. The company said they just fix the battery, I could not return or exchange for another one. I asked them that I couldn’t return even the machine was defective and I just bought not nearly a week? They said that I can’t. The problem here is the store and the company don’t have any agreement to protect the customer’s right. The store just want to make the profit and the company just want to sell the product without the responsibility. Bad experience ever.

I came to buy a new $49 powdered coj tree that I just bought and couldn't cover me but asked to fix it or solve it for me but they didn't solve it but also had an attitude of ignoring and refusing to solve it for me and the girl was fake the department that took the phone away did not bother to solve it for me here, the sellers are irresponsible and have a nonchalant attitude so people don't let this shop buy bad services

It is a bad service. I bought a box of glue. It didn’t work. I call them to return or change the new one, but they don’t accept. I never come back there. I will tell my friends and everybody who I know not come to this store.

I used to have no problems here The Older lady the worked was so sweet. Now It's like the majority of the reviews.very rude distant no customer service. I only come here when this is my last resort

Everytime Im about to pay they be changing the prices and I even show them the price that It is online and they tell me that I have to order it online and then pick it up. Doesn’t make sense at all!

So much variety. Cashier actually rung up my purchase with a smile and asked how I was. Dont think this has ever happened to me at a beauty supply store. Will definitely be back.

Every time I go to get nail supplies at this store I'm always reminded why I shop online for nail supplies. I wanted to support my local store but I'm tired of being racially profiled. Today when I went to  this store I'm asked if I had a license. Why do you need to ask me when it says this on the front door. Do you think I can't read? Then I'm asked if I'm in their system. If I say yes I have a license and I say yes have I been here before. Why do you need to ask if I'm in your system. When I say I've been here before that means I'm in your system. I guess Since they couldn't find a reason to kick me out you decided to tell me to wear a mask. Okay fine I don't have a problem with wearing a mask. I asked if they have a mask I was told not right now. Then I'm told I have to wear one to shop. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them. 6 months ago I was told not to touch anything. I figured it was because of Covid I understand but now I know it was being racially profiled. Shop here if you want to be treated like a criminal because of your skin color.

This store has always been a bad experience when I come in. Today I came in and when I got to the register she looked me up and down and frowned her face with no mask might I add. When she told me the price I knew she didn’t give me the licensed professional price because I have been here before and never paid $12 for the gel I bought I have always paid $6-8. There used to be a lady that worked here last summer and she was extremely nice and open to everyone. As an African American nail tech it’s already hard in my industry and mainly because I go in these stores and get the “oh you do nails” question IM IN A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL STORE what else would I be? I usually go to salon tech but they was out of what I needed so I figured I would give them a try NEVER AGAIN! I will improvise before I give them my money again! Believe that!

This store is simply just horrible. If i could put zero stars i would. The cashier Tho is a bad employee I asked her for a price of a nail polish and she responded "we have a website look at the price there" i will not be going back there. She was rude and staff like this is not needed.

I’m here now and they are extremely rude! No one wants to help or answer questions they suck I really want to act ugly but I’m not but I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY IN HERE! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Disliked everything about this place. Their customer service was awful and the store itself is awful. I’m sorry it was such a waste of time going all the way Over their. Maybe if the employees or owners weren’t so rude it would have made up for the store’s appearance and lack of products.

Unfortunately, that how Asian people run their business has no professional or their skilled level in conducting of the business. The owner who run this business need to go learn or get training how to be treat the Customers, she has no Customers services skilled at all.this is USA not Vietnam or China. So, she need to treat Customers more loyalty. Customers bringing business to her, not come here for good will free donations places. When people buy walk out the store no return it's back? I'm the nails Salon business owner she made me very upsad when I just accidentally tear off the plastic bags she told me no.very poor and low quality of care of your business. I never go back this place. I spend $1000 in this place very frustrating.
