Really bad customer service. They won’t let me return a product bought one day before. Box still not opened

The best and the biggest nails supply in TX USA. They have everything you need and service with a smile

Bought a polish for $6 one day and then came back the next day for the exact polish being charged $2 more. They charge whatever they feel like here. And different prices depending on who ringed you up too. If I knew it was going to be that inconsistent, I would’ve bought more the first day.

The male owner/cashier was offended when I ask whether they have a micro detailer nail brush for tiny details, because they don't have it (their smallest is size 0/3). But instead of a simple "No" for an answer. He proceed to make fun of me. He said I will also need a microscopic lense to see anything and he ask me whether I am painting a virus/bacteria's nails or what? And then ask Why would I need a brush that small?

I was beyond words at this point. Left the store wanted to cry from being bullied.

I was able to find my micro detailer brush online after this shenanigans.

Please avoid this place the worst people you could buy from they are beyond rude and if you aren’t Asian they will treat you like garbage! If I could give this negative 0 stars I would

I was the only person in there. I stood next to them looking at their tables, getting ready to spend a lot of money. And not one person said a word to me. Not even a “hello”. Needless to say, I didn’t stay long

Pay $149 annually for something called “VIP MEMBERSHIP” and dont even get the free shipping for order over $100. The nonmembership price for my order was 100.xx, after getting the membership the price went down to 80.xx and i have to pay around 25 bucks for shipping. Then what is the catch? I have tried to add some more items to make it over $100 but I still get charged for shipping. Nice. Such a good deal

Always closed. The only one time it was open, i walked in, walked around, but there was absolutely no one there.

I was with my friend who is Black and I was followed the whole time. I have been here for many years and this has never happens. My friend was screamed at by the lady with a red bob for picking up files. She thought my friend was stealing. I will never return this is the worst place to go to especially if you aren’t Asian.

I loooooove this place.excellent selection crammed into such a small place. I usually go to the one off walnut, didnt know this one was here, but now I do. I am not licensed and had no problems shopping, everyone was nice

This is my 1st stop for nail supplies, reasonable prices, excellent customer services. Others who gave bad reviews need to remember that respect has to be earned, not given.

Very rude and disrespectful! If you aren't Asian don't bother. They well pretend you are invisible and get bothered when you questions. They'll have you waiting to check out for a long time and ignore that you are there. A told the lady I was ready to pay left me waiting 15 minutes and puffed and got bothered. I asked if anyone would check me out she threw her stuff and rudely checked me out. Not to mention she charged me twice for what I got I thought it was too much. Asked for a receipt and walked away. I was to frustrated and upset so decided to leave and ignore it definitely not coming back. Second time I tried it and it was awful. Never again

Ok I see so many bad reviews but I had to go see for myself and OMG they we so nice even helped me with picking colors and rhinestone am just in shocked because I believed the reviews but I had to see what the fuss was about and this company are hard working and make sure ur coming out with what u want so love this place
