Very rude customer service they act like they know everything and that too bossy I don't like this place I will never go back

I've gone here a few times before and it's always the same, they are quick BUT customer service on the other hand, they are rude and not so friendly, like at least smile, customer service is EVERYTHING

One lady was pretty serious, another more friendly so I guess it's just a matter of who takes care of you here

The charges that were added on to my registration sticker was ridiculous. I end up paying 100.plus when my sticker was initially $75. Hmmmm

Bought a car yesterday stoped by after work title and registration were transfered. I was in and out of there in less than 5 mins. I'm kind of in shock how nice and fast that was.

I called to make sure they were open (since it's a holiday) and the woman on the phone was just unpleasant. I got there and she was just as unpleasant in person. I will never go back.

I go there instead of DMV sometimes, especially to renew registration. I've always encountered friendly and professional staff.

Worst experience ever! They charge 20.00 more than the DMV for the convenience but their demeanor is the ugliest ever. None says hello to you or thank you, no one smiles, and all three are on their cell phones. They hate their job and you can tell! Never again will I patronize that establishment. I would rather go to the DMV and save the $20.00 for the same attitude!

Being a new dealer you always have questions In the beginning with title transfers. That’s why I’m glad I met the manager (joe) at this location. Very helpful when I was lost with all this. Got me on the right track to transfer title correctly! Actually everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful! I don’t mind paying the little fee when I get the best customer service!

No lines to get plate sticker. The ladies at the desk are respectful & quick to help you out.

We came in today with multiple vehicles needing title transfers. Sonya made it fast and painless, and even gave us some tips to help us next time. She was very friendly and efficient. This kind of high quality customer service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this office for title transfers!

Waited under 5 minutes. Transferred title and plates. Was a small fee for service on a Saturday. Total extra fee for services were $19. Not bad, since I can't come in on a weekday due to work. I will be back again.

Got there first in line on a Saturday morning. Bring everything you need and bring cash and it will be fast and painless. Did a vehicle out of state title and registration transfer, no problem. No credit cards accepted. This is a bare bones office and the staff is focused on processing you. Do your research and look online for what documents you need to bring.

Yes, they are quick in and out.however, staff was very rude and I also got charged for inspection fee, even though I paid and brought proof of inspection on my vehicle. I will NEVER go here again. Not a good experience, even if the wait was short.

Been using this office for years and have never had a problem. I went in this last weekend, was in and out of there in about 10 minutes at the most. The ladies in there were very polite and friendly.
