Ain't gonna lie.was a bit apprehensive about getting a root canal, but didn't feel a thing. All staff were amazing, courteous and professional. Why go anywhere else?

Overall I had a great experience! Dr. Ruparel and Becky were so nice. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. I even got a call back the next day to see how I was doing.

Horrible experience. Went in for a root canal, now I have a fracture tooth that needs extraction (also infected). I should have seen that coming when during treatment the assistant, who wasn’t wearing eye protection, had bleach splashed in her eye. Called to voice my experience and never heard back from the owner. Way to treat a veteran! Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Dr. David Cloutier has a friendly demeanor which puts you at ease instantly. He has hands of gold for his work is impeccable! Ms. Gabriela Sierra, the operations manager was equally charismatic
and impeccable as well as the rest of the staff! Never thought a root canal would be such a pleasant experience!

Everyone is kind, considerate and professional. I am grateful for Dr. Cloutier and his assistant for keeping me comfortable and pain free during my procedure. Thank you for a good experience.

Never thought Root Canal would be AMAZING I don’t like pain, I’m a big baby on pain and needles, Dr. David Cloutier was a PRO. I didn’t feel no needle, I was just very scared of seeing it go in. I didn’t feel anything other than can feel vibration and hear it. I also was able to take a nap lol. I’m so thankful my regular dentist referred me to this place! I was scared and they fixed me up with no issues. I thought I was going to be kicking and moving around lol but nope, I was. Thank you all so much! Everyone was nice and helpful and comforting ️️️

This was one of the most pleasant dental experiences I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was more like a spa than a dental office. Everyone was really professional and kind.
I was really nervous about my root canal. But it was actually a pleasant experience.
They even called to check on me the next day! I highly recommend San Antonio Endontics.

I would like to thank Gabriella, Mindy and Dr Ruparel for being the most amazing people to work with in this industry! I am an AF Veteran and was mistreated at another dentist office and SA Endodontics truly came through for me at the last minute when I was miserable in pain due to a necrotic root in my tooth right before my birthday. Gabriella is the most wonderful person who went above and beyond to get me scheduled without any hassle and made it extremely easy to get seen and followed up with me after my root canal to ensure I was healing well. I love her! Mindy is so skilled, down to earth, warm, caring, and very knowledgeable in her craft! She made me feel at ease and took away my pain and fears and explained everything step by step. Dr Ruparel is hands down the BEST person to go to if you need a root canal! I swear it doesn’t get any better than her! She knew exactly how to figure out where my pain was coming from when I was previously misdiagnosed from another provider and saved me from getting a root canal on the wrong tooth! She is extremely intelligent, caring, beautiful both inside and out, and a thorough expert in her field! I couldn’t find a better person in Texas to take care of my root canal than these folks! If you need dental help, look no further, save yourself the time and pain and go straight to this office. THANK YOU TO GABRIELLA, MINDY AND DR RUPAREL. Dental work is never fun but if you have to get a root canal I can't think of a better place to go. I especially want to give Becky a shout out, she assisted the doctor in my procedure and she made all the difference. She was constantly checking on me to make sure I felt comfortable and explained everything in great detail for me. The entire experience was better than I could have imagined.

Dr. Cloutier and his staff are friendly and professional. The entire process of scheduling my consult and getting my root canal was quick and easy. I can tell Dr. Cloutier has had much experience with endodontics because my tooth immediately felt better. Also, the office bedside manner is phenomenal. They checked in on me to see how I was doing the day after my procedure. If you need endodontic work done, I highly recommend this place!

Perfect experience from start to finish. The courtesy, skill and teamwork displayed by the front desk, techs and doc were stellar. Would recommend their services to any and all in such need. Could barely tell I had a root canal done at 24 hrs.and totally free of any pain or discomfort at 48 hrs.

I wish I could say I had a great experience here but every step of dealing with them I had issues. Issues reaching them by phone to get an appointment in the first place. Then when I was heading out the door to go to my first appointment they informed me that I was supposed to be there at 9 when all my notes said 1015 for a 1030 appointment. Anyway they got me in same day. The dr himself was very snarky. I don’t think it was kind or necessary to point out several times the extensive dental work I’ve had done. It’s been very traumatic and expensive and I didn’t find that funny. Next I asked for anxiety meds for day of treatment, my dentist has no issue just giving me a Valium for that day. He said he has something else for me. I went to the pharmacy and got it and took it as directed and when I went to pay my bill after treatment, there’s $100 charge for “monitoring me” on this medication. Absolutely a bogus charge. I took it the night before, nobody monitored me then. What an absolute ripoff. I’m surprised I had a bad experience because my general dentist referred me here and I trust her fully but this place was really disappointing. Some members of staff were cool so I give 2 stars but overall just disappointing. Just nauseating but that could be the weird drug I was prescribed that still hasn’t worn off almost 12 hours later.if you’re like me and you have anxiety around dental work and need a little extra compassion, this isn’t the place. Please find someone else to treat you. Only plus is I’m feeling ok in my mouth, no soreness etc.

Such great friendly staff, and Dr. Cloutier did amazing work. Highly recommend this place. My root canal treatment went so smooth and was a great experience.

I wish I could leave a 100% star rating for excellence! Today was my second root canal at San Antonio Endodontics; the first one was in October 2019, with Dr. Ball and today with Dr. Cloutier. The staff is very professional and both procedures were absolutely "pain free. " Moreover, Allison, the Dental Assistant is extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Therefore, if you're on the fence about choosing an Endodontist, Dr. Cloutier and his staff will not disappoint and comes highly recommended.
