My son had a sports related eye injury. I’m so thankful that Dr. Herscovici was able to see him and let us know that his eye was okay.
The staff was professional and made sure that we were seen quickly.

Dr. Stephenson and staff very friendly and professional. Explains everything to me. Have been coming here 3 years and no issues. Just a pleasant experience.

I’m guessing Mondays are their slow days. I scheduled my moms appointment at 8: 40 and we didn’t leave until almost 11. I believe they forgot about us in the waiting room after they diluted her eyes — they called everyone else but us even after the 15/20min they said it would take. Hopefully the next time we have to come we don’t have to wait this long for an eye exam.

My son's eye exam went well but we waited almost two hours for assistance in ordering frames. This is the 2nd time coming to this clinic & both experiences were the same. In fact the first time we ended up leaving without glasses because the wait was so long. I wanted to transfer services here for myself but changed my mind due to extensive wait times.

Dr. Ramirez is such caring and details person. He's a very funny and thoroughly person. I love the new building they move in so big and spacious.

Quality service, knowledgeable, friendly AND listens. Only problem is they texted me entirely too much, but I'm old and not a texted or social media type fella. Definitely recommend and will use them in the future.

Dr Van has been treating me for awhile now and she is consummate professional and a fabulous teacher as well. I want to specifically give the highest recommendation about Joshua who took care of all the tests and preliminary photography of my retinas for Dr Van. He communicated everything he was going to do and the reasons for each step. The experience was simply the best.

My visit at the San Antonio Eye center was very professionally handled and informative. I would recommend them to anyone.

Office staff and doctors were amazing. The appointment seemed to take a while but overall everything was good. My only complaint is lack of parking. I had to park 3 buildings down, with an injured foot, this was quite the walk.

Dr van promptly refilled my prescription and I was able to procure it from a remote location.

Dr Nagi is an amazing ophthalmologist! Extremely knowledgeable but also extremely down-to-earth. He takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense and never makes you feel rushed. I’ve seen many ophthalmologist all around the country and Dr. Nagi, hands down, is by far the best!

I have also had the pleasure of seeing Dr Ramirez as well. He is an equally fantastic optometrist! Dr Ramirez is knowledgeable and personable. He’s caring, thorough and always makes sure his patients feel informed. Dr Ramirez is also by far the best optometrist I’ve ever seen!
