People don’t really like what’s going on right now I would like my tax refund I filed back in February now please I did everything you all have asked me to do. Your not suppose to withhold someone’s money or at least contact me somehow.

Checked tesoro dr.location, said it was open, went on BUS, walked far, then to find location had moved! Can someone sitting thereuupdate!

I didn't have a issue last year only problem i have is that. When I went to to my taxes i wasn't given prove i paid. And i can't call them cause they say u can't call its took my money.

Security Guard and staff were very kind & my appointment was super quick and I am very pleased with the service!

Online it said if you go in person there will be assistance with using the kiosks. Bull. They need updated computers for the kiosks too old. Ifashioned

My recent experience at the IRS in San Antonio really not a good one. Security guard chooses who he will be more helpful to. If you're blond and wearing work out clothes for sure you will get his attention (African-American). Overall these place doesn't really offer any assistance the 2 trips I made were a waste of time. Their sign at the front should read " Limited assistance " Disappointing!

Some ugly old mexican lady at the front desk started getting loud with me when I asked if I was in the right building. Told me to go to the next one. Thought about going up there to cuss her out, but the wife told me she isn't worth it, and I agree. When I got to the other building this black guy, who was a security guard told me, "They will, have a seat. " When I asked if I would be given a number like everyone else. I guess when you give ghetto people like these jobs that pay more than minumum wage, they think they are above everyone. I walked out when he said that. Try the one in Austin. Much better and more educated.

Actually, my review should be a -5 stars. Rude lady at the front desk! Stood in line for about 20 minutes only for her to tell me to go on their website to look for answers. So.what is she getting paid for? !

Uhh I’m kinda scared quit frankly after reading all these reviews I’m suppose to go but idk if my anxiety will let me after the reviews: (

Arrived for my appointment ahead of time & waited in a line for 20 minutes before I was asked about an appointment. After being called to the front desk the secretary rudely left the station without addressing me to greet a coworker. I was allowed through & not given a ticket number. When I walked back to the front desk the second secretary blatantly ignored me for a few minutes, she then (without making eye contact) asked if I needed a bathroom. The security guard then stepped in & asked me to take a seat that he would bring it to me when it was ready. Absolutely terrible staff.

I went here to check on my taxes. Double checked to make sure; I was a lucky one and did not have to pay any. I do have to say, after standing outside in line was a little long for the doors to open.

Thank you to Ms Marquize for her help and compassion while helping me resolve tax issues after a death. I do not understand the negative comments about the security guard.he was courteous and professional in his duties.

Long wait. Slow service. Rude front desk person and not very welcoming to my registered service dog.

I am waiting to be called to get a ticket for my appointment which is at 2: 45pm from the women at the front desk which is looking at her computer. I was told by the guard they I would be called up to get the ticket for my appointment it is now ten minutes past my scheduled appointment time and I still have not been called and I still have no ticket. The guard will not let me speak with the women she just looks down when I try to make eye contact. This is a scheduled appointment time in which I made yet I am not able to get a ticket or recieve any help prior or after my appointment time. I got here five minutes prior to my appointment time and it is now one minute until 3pm and still have not been called to get a ticket. This is just a pathetic form of public taxpayer funded employment. They have no standards to keep clearly they are unable to keep up with their jobs. This is why there should be set and clear standards for any place that is tax funded for employees and the taxpayers they are supposed to be assisting.

Finally after 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I get a ticket so I can be called.
They make it look like I am the one who is late. Dark haired Hispanic women who is in the front I think just got done flirting with another white older man. This is the reason I think it should be a normal job. As in if you do not do it you lose it.
Now it is 3: 20pm my appointment was at 2: 45pm still have not been called. Does this place understand that appointments are scheduled and someone is assigned at that time to meet with me. What is wrong with being on time? See how much longer I wait.

Finally got called to a tiny cubicle at 3: 40pm. Five minutes before it became a hour wait past the appointment time

Did you know that the IRS charges 30% interest when you set up a payment plan? Don't know if this affects everyone, if the rates can get higher or lower. However 30% on $2,000? Really? No wonder the self employed and small businesses are suffering!

Very humorous Mexican Gentleman, with a serious working lady, and a laid back black security man there! They make a abberable front desk team at that IRS Bldg.

This is not in regards to the local office but for the "assistance" I received when calling the 800 number. I was transferred several times and was treated respectfully by everyone until the last transfer. The woman, I believe it was a Mrs. Burle, was impatient, unprofessional, and incredibly rude throughout our conversation. She mocked me at one point and repeatedly interrupted while I was trying to ask a question.

Went to make a payment with Cash, And was turned away because Cash Clerk wasn't at work today April 2,2018 day after April fool's. O Brother.

Great experience overall, Patricia was very helpful and provided good customer service. The officer was also helpful. Thanks for the help staff

Not to bad but a little irritated on how I had to stand in a line for 30 minutes to find out I had to make an appointment for my AGI number which took the nice lady at the front desk literally 15 seconds to find and give to me. Dont understand why they couldnt give it to me right then.
