San Antonio Music Academy reviews
6My grandson is only seven years old and he came away so excited he wants to return. Everyone there were awesome and my grandson loved the placed.
The BEST music academy, hands down!
My 16yr old son attends and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing, and always friendly. His instructor Jonathan, is the best! My son is always excited to go learn new things. Everyone makes you feel like family!
My daughter has been taking lessons here for years and every single person on the staff has been amazing. From the welcoming and helpful front desk to everyone one of the instructors my daughter has taken lessons from over the years. She's taken piano, voice, viola, and band (yes, they have rock bands). You can tell music is a passion of everyone that works here and they love seeing their students grow and succeed as musicians/artists. If you're looking for a place to start or continue a musical journey, SAMA is definitely it.
My daughter was taught the violin by Isai. He is patient, kind and communicative. I truly appreciated the feedback and the homework given after each lesson. The staff at the front desk is always very welcoming. Unfortunately, we moved out of state and have not found anything like SAMA. They truly set the bar high.
My daughter has been taking voice lessons with Ms Khadijah for years. She has gotten much more confident in her singing and it is literally the only extracurricular activity she’s tried that she’s actually wanted to stick with, I think partly because her teacher encourages her to pick the music style that suits her personality best. Her teacher always gives me updates about how she’s progressing and tips to reinforce what she’s learning at home. This past week Ms. Khadijah wrote her a post it of positive affirmations because she’s been going through a lot of drama at school and as a result has been having a hard time emotionally. She actually has been repeating these affirmations to herself in the car on the way to school in the mornings.on top of all this, their policies are fair, they are flexible in their lesson times and I always look forward to the recitals they host. So grateful to SAMA and Ms. Khadijah for all you do!
Jake is truly beyond talented. He not only taught my daughter how to play acoustic guitar, he is currently teaching my son on electric guitar, and the results are phenomenal. He is an amazing teacher, and the skills my son now has on his electric guitar are ridiculously mind-blowing. I love hearing my son play, and that's not just because im his mom, I don't sugar coat stuff to my kids; it's because my son practiced hard, listened, and got really good. The lessons are worth every cent. The instructors are truly talented and very good. I would recommend this place to anyone.
