San Antonio Podiatry Associates

I cannot recommend San Antonio Podiatry Associates and Dr. Pannico enough. I previously had a botched surgery on my foot and Dr. Pannico was extremely understanding and competent when addressing my issues. From pre-op to surgery and then to all my post-op appointments, he was extremely kind and answered any questions I had. I no longer have any pain at all and am fully released. He made me feel comfortable, the staff was extremely kind, and I never had a bad experience. Wait times at the office are short and everyone is so attentive. His nurse/radiology tech is one of the best I have ever come in contact with, she is so kind and knowledgable. If I ever have podiatry issues again in the future, I will be coming back here.

Dr. Preston Panicco was knowledgeable, professional and with a friendly demeanor. His supporting staff was great. My husband's needs were addressed and rectified. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your podiatry needs.

I was able to make an appointment quickly. The office staff was very nice and professional. The Dr was through and answered my questions.

This was my first seeing this Physician. From check in to check out it was a great experience. The staff was awesome, and his nurse was the greatest. I would recommend this office.

Loved Dr Bellacosa, but the incompetence of the front office will probably drive me away and is certainly forcing me to leave this negative review. Had two appointments with Dr. Bellacosa. He retired and said my third appointment would be with someone new at the practice. I got a reminder card. I got a confirmation email. The week before the appointment I got a reminder email. I also got a automated phone call reminding me of the appointment and asking me to confirm, which I did. The day before my appointment I got another email reminder. I showed up to the appointment only to be told “sorry, no doctor seeing patients today”. Their records showed that they left me a voice mail message nearly 6 weeks earlier. The woman in the office said she was very sorry but the automated messages are out of her control. They should have followed up the one phone call over 6 weeks earlier when I never called to reschedule. If I canceled at the last minute, doctors would hate that and probably charge me, but when it’s their own incompetence, it’s the weak excuse of, “we left you a message. ” AVOID this office until they get better office staff and know how to manage the automated reminder system.

I visited with Dr. Bellacosa right before he retires.he is an excellent practitioner. The team at SAPA were great. I recommend.

Dr. Bellacosa is awesome! He took time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with procedure I was having done. He was efficient and friendly. He explained everything and gave me printed out instructions. Great bedside manner and definitely knows his stuff. He was patient and gentle and made sure I wasn't in pain. I have never been to a podiatrist but I would recommend him to anyone!

I made an appt with the office on San Pedro and everything was terrific. Check in process was easy and Dr. Bellacosa saw me soon after I arrived. The nurse was sweet and the care was superb. Thank you for taking care of me!
