San Antonio Treatment Facility

I went back in 2014 and this place was awesome. I heard NOW 2022 it sucksss and tbh i don’t doubt it people are ugly and so disrespectful now days! But from my experience back in 2014 it was so different sorry for the ones who’ve experienced a bad stay!

They need better family support tips because I'm all my spouse has an I've been left in the dark

Absolutely horrible. Cant talk to family members COCID is running rampant in this facility. My husband hws been in quarantine for 3 weeks because everytime the quarantine is almost over they start over because another case of COVID comes through wnd hlmy husband has an underlying condition. This place is not healthy for people to go to mentally or physically.

This place is really good my husband gets to call out once a month we get to write to him as much as we want they call us when its time to make his monthly drops he says he really getting the help he needs

Does anyone know the new update to this number to this place? My husband should be going, to this place real soon, and he’s waiting to get placed there, and I’ve been calling and calling the number that is given but no answer! Please someone, help.

It’s sad that we can’t call to check up on our family members. My brother got Covid-19 In SATF and we have not Heard from him nor a letter from him. This is so scary and there is no number to call. Does anyone know who I can call to find out information?

I'll put 2 stars because I really do believe this place is some ways is doing some good for my husband, as far as holding him accountable and also giving him some tools to cope and deal w whatever causes him to indulge. However, it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone.and I am well aware phone calls aren't allowed.but I would rather have even a counselor or someone relay day of, an emergent message to my husband that my sister/his sister in law has passed away, instead of write in a letter that he's probably going to be excited to open up, only to read awful news, days after it's happened. I mean, my goodness, the lengths I'm having to go to, when I should be mourning my loss. Ridiculous.

I was so overwhelmed on how the Officer Mr. Travers was so patient & Genuinely kind with me and my Mother-in-law today as we were dropping thinks off for my Husband, when I got the call to drop off the specific items I was given a Time and Date to do so. Let me also add that Mr. Travers was kindly enough to take the time to return my call on a Sunday Morning on behalf of the 3 Cotton NO Pockets, NO Strings, NO Logo's Short. I couldn't fine them anywhere in San Antonio but he kindly told me that if I removed the pockets & sew them they would be allowed to be given to my husband? Thanks again Mr. Travers for the advice and for allowing my Mother-in-law in with me. God Bless you and the rest of the Facility.

Any other contact number besides the one listed I've called several times and no answer. I'm just trying to figure out how to drop off hygiene products for my sister. TIA!
