Not impressed with how they operate their business, not one visit or procedure has gone timely or flawlessly

Front desk Staff is great and polite, but as a patient I feel like if you're not getting any type of treatment for vascular purposes than your truly not cared for. I was basically told call me if you need me. It's a call if you really want treatment is how I saw it as. It's sad how I guess treatment is more $$$ for these doctors instead of caring for your patient's at their visits.

Been taking my mom to this clinic. She loves the fact that they have bilingual personnel willing to help her understand everything she needs to know. Very polite and friendly staff.

Excellent experience, as far as a Dr.s visit, staff is very pleasant, my experience here is comparable to those of the VA

Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Very pleasant and ALWAYS greets us with a smile. We enjoy this location.

Today was my third visit. They did not remember be being there before. Impressions:

1) was told they found "nothing". Discharge papers say right and left carotid stenosis heterogeneous. I have had TIA's for a couple years with one major stroke. While the severity may not meet requirements for surgery patient should have been told they found "something".

2) The doctor was very fast and doesn't give you time to finish your sentence. The clinic doctors are both vascular surgeons and it is apparent they are looking for surgery cases. This is not the place you go for preventative or cardio-vascular care.

3) despite the stroke, continued TIA's, high BP, and stenosis findings the doctor stated "based on my age" (young) that I wouldn't need to see her again. Care should be condition based not age however I do agree that I won't be continuing care here.

4) second time I came I waited over 2 hours past my appointment and didn't get seen. Was told they often over book and best bet is to grab a morning appointment. First time I came was for a screening that showed abnormal waveforms in my legs. Legs were not checked this time.

Overall my impression is the clinic is meant to identify surgical cases as they pay more. The ultrasound technicians were absolutely wonderful. Would go here for imaging only.

Well i had been to the one on the west side it was good dr ochoa was today i went to the south side location and today i thought i would finally get me on track well i was very disappointed can not remember the one nurse or dr's name but she was skinny n white she didnt listen to me and as for dr ochoa i would had preferred to just have her and the other lady that came in shes of color and was very sweet and was listening to me not just hearing me im probably not gonna return because if you sent me to do a test that i have to pay 500 for and then say we should have had this other test done Thats so unprofessional to say to a patient i dont have another 500 to pull out of my rectum because of your error im tired of throwing my money away to all these different Drs that don't care anymore im just another dollar sign for them thats how they made me feel front desk was super nice

I have been taking my mother here and the previous location on South Cross for the past couple of years. The service my mother receives here has always been great. The reception, MA's, cardiovascular technician, and Dr. Ochoa do an outstanding job and have always shown great care and professionalism with us. I would highly recommend this Dr and location.
