San Elizario Palms Apartments

I had previously been disappointed but Liz the manager is really helpful and solved my problem in less than an hour.

The apartments are beautiful and quiet, I hope I can live here for a good time

Loved here for one year and they are the worst. We have asked for them to fix the washer which wasn’t draining and they never came. If I could give them no stars I would. We also had a cockroach infestation and we told them, they told us that it’s our problem and we have to take care of it. The leasing people are also terribly disorganized and loose paperwork. Never going to live with their again.

Staff is very knowledgeable, down to earth and welcoming. Walk you through the process when applying for a unit. The property manager is awesome, always responds when needed, and she has made the stay here at San Eli Palms the best. Thank you, Liz!

Very patient and understanding. Hardworking and is very helpful with everything. If maintenance needs to be called in, she is on top of them making sure they get things done. Amazing manager

I had nothing but a great experience interacting with Lizeth, manager. She is amazingly sweet and kind not to mention very professional. I've had nothing but a positive experience.

Liz is amazing she has a ton of work managing more than one property by HERSELF and still made the time to take care of us and our needs. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!

Great management we haven't seen as much dogs or poop in the hallways. We can see the difference now, looks cleaner. Still some cats but because we have people feeding them. I have been in these apartments for 4 years.and i feel so comfortable.

Its ok place to live not the best and almost everyone waits for they're lease to be over so they can get out me included. They don't accept dogs or cats unless it is a certified emotional support animal and maintenance never fixes anything the washers and the driers are poorly maintained at that the first day i moved in and a button fell off and they cant even fix that they don't allow any grilling unless you use the ones they have outside which are nasty they charge a fee for everything even if you leave your trash outside the door for 5 minutes wouldn't really recommend it feels more like living in a halfway house than a home.

Really like it here, i was living here for almost 6 years just left because i was able to buy my own home but i would definitely stay longer if needed. Manager Super polite and helpful with all assistance needed.

The management do not help, they do NOT accommodate an emotional support animal. Even though my dog was registered and had an official letter, the request was denied. Had to give her away and when I helped a stray animal with food and water since it gets hot, got a warning about it even though countless other people had dogs and bigger breeds at that. Just waiting for my lease to be over so I can leave since this place is terrible, had trouble with water, appliances, there were damages already here and getting help takes too long. Do not recommend these apartments, they are cheap for a reason

Great place to live, close to small stores. There is a gym like 3 mins away, but currently closed at the time. Nice quiet place, cant complain. Not to mention their staff, Thanks to Veronica R for taking care of us.

Great staff, very welcoming and polite especially this young lady Veronica she was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns about the apartment complex. Property looks very nice and clean
