Omar is the rudest person. The office staff was not any better. They couldn't figure put how to release a copy of a title policy. He needs intensive training in customer service. Completely unorganized and the manager allowed the clerk to disrespect clients and did nothing to address the issue. Completely incompetent. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headaches.
