18You just lost a loyal customer. I've been taking my car there since 2017 when I bought the car right there. I scheduled appointment at 2.30pm for a simple oil change on my Toyota Corolla. The service advisor said I need to wait hour and a half in the dealership since they were "extremely booked". 2 hours pass by and I had to go to the counter to ask to return my car back because nobody, including the service advisor could give a reason why it was taken so long and why, after 2 hours, nobody came to me to tell me they didn't do anything yet. Not to mention that it was for an "express service". I seriously don't know how you manage your business. This is deplorable!
Had a great experience with Marc Smith at San Marcos Toyota. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent communication throughout the process of buying my new vehicle.
Disgusting service. I ask the cost of the car - at first they say one amount, then in the process of signing the documents the cost becomes higher by $2000. I ask why the amount has increased, they say they made a mistake. Fine. Then we discussed all the nuances, made a discount, the final amount suited us, we are waiting for documents to formalize the deal. As a result, the manager changed his mind again and the price again increased by $2000. I'm very angry. Wasted 5 hours for nothing. I do not advise anyone to contact them.

I really do like Toyota vehicles overall. Did you know that floor mats are no longer standard in the purchase or lease of your new vehicle? No one told me, not my sales person and in the scheme of over 35k purchase you think they could throw in some mats, or tell you your not getting those for free anymore? If you’ve had a venza in the past be aware you’ve lost plenty of storage space. #Notimpressed#MessedUp#CheapShot

John Clayton did a good job checking history for our 2015 Prius and getting updated for the long commute my wife has to drive to work. Power is back, transmission is smooth again, several other things done that needed done, now I don’t have to worry.
I had the misfortune of my car being totaled with the help of a large deer. I decided to buy a Toyota SUV as a replacement. Fortunately, I looked beyond Austin and found Charles Shaw at San Marcos Toyota. I could not have been more lucky. Charles was so patient and helpful with my many questions. In the end, I drove away in a new RAV4. Thanks, Charles and thanks to all the staff that helped me complete my purchase.

Wife and I stopped by to look at the Grand Highlander. Cameron Tyndall greeted us and was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. While we didn’t buy a car today, we will certainly deal with Cameron when that time comes.
