Very unprofessional apartment complex… You ask for repairs, and it takes days sometimes weeks to get to get fixed and when they fix it its just a band aid and the problem comes back. In the winter the heater doesnt go above a nice and toasty 68 degrees. Plus, all the units are old and patched up so be ready for wear and tear…

Edit: Clean your fridge thoroughly because apparently it takes $30 for them to do it…

I love living here the ladies in the office are phenomenal, great with maintenance requests. I highly recommend making San Mateo your new home.

Great people very spacious any problems I’ve had have been fixed either that same day or the next day upgraded appliances and very welcoming

Amazing professional staff. My apartment was ready for move in. The apartment was spacious, and had updated appliances and updated floors. I placed work orders for minor issues which were resolved the very next day. The gym is spacious, and has new equipment. I’ll give them five stars after they place a squat rack in the gym.

Just waiting for my contract to run out. Nothing here works. Everything is run down, laundry facilities, work out room. Takes maintenance 2 to 3 visits to fix a (simple) problem. My rent spiked over $130 more a month yet there is not one thing to show for it. Take your money somewhere else and at least get what you pay for.

Initially, management was good. Months after they would not return my phone calls, or answer text. There was never anyone in the office, stuff that was initially put on my inspection checklist was not fixed. I started to develop a horrible cough, went to the doctor and was indeed found that I had been breathing MOLD. Apartment smelled earthy, like wet dirt, felt humid. After doctor confirmed I left. After a WEEK of being out I went back to make sure I had not forgotten any of my belongings before turning the keys in and the restroom was filled with mold. It is truly disgusting that the property is not taken care of and puts others in dangers. Would definitely not recommend. Patsy was always helpful to the best of her abilities. Claudia on the other hand was the complete opposite. Regardless of how many times the toilet was clean it always ended up coming out, tried at home remedies and NONE worked

Only positive thing i have to say about this place is the time frame in wich they allow you to move in, other than that the place is a DUMP. If your single and can live without hot water, a clean carpet or clean walls and like having pest around then its not so bad. You can hear your neighbors so you're never alone. Appliances are old so its like your traveling back in time. Everything is painted over so if you decide to pay attention you can see the essence of the people who lived here before you and again with the carpeting here you can smell them too. Not renewing our contract. Save yourself the trouble and well earned money, don't come here. The staff are friendly but dont be fooled.

Office staff was amazing and made it really easy to move in last minute and during covid. I was only able to be here for 4 months before getting orders to pcs and had to move and the move out process was fast and hassle free. There were some flaws with the unit in terms of move in condition but given my haste in moving in I can’t blame them for not having time to fix them prior to. Can’t beat the size, location, and amenities for the price either.

They were very easy to get into during the pandemic and on such short notice. Staff is amazing! Me and and my son got locked out on our balcony one day and my husband was at work and I had the dead bolt locked too. One of the lady’s came and threw us cold bottled water to drink while we were out there. The maintenance guys came with a ladder and tried to shimmy the door open first. It was the middle of summer so crazy hot but they were still very kind and very patient. They tried their hardest to get it to open but couldn’t so ended up having to break a bedroom window. The very next day, first thing in the morning a guy came to replace the window. They called for the repair themselves and though they said we would have to pay for the window we never seen that bill. The only problems we had there were that there was no screen on our balcony door and the A/C didn’t do a thing to cool the living room. The only room that ever felt super cool was the hall bathroom. But again, we were in urgency to move in as quick as possible so they probably just have the time to fix it. All in all, they were a very good place to be.

I lived at this apartment complex 3 years ago and I am happy to say I am back. Claudia, Ryan and Patsy where there to answer any questions I had prior to my moving date and where there after as well. Their contact-less move-in process during the pandemic was so smooth and well planned. I noticed there were a few things that needed to be updated in the apartment during the walk-through but maintenence fixed it within a day! This is no surprise to me as they've always been this fast. I-10 is close by and everything you need is 5 minutes away.
This is indeed the best complex around and you get your bang for the buck.

Just moved in about a month ago. I am so glad I made the choice. Office staff is awesome! Maintenance is very nice and respond quickly.

Lived here for 5 years. Everything was good till the last year. New management messed it up for that place. Never available to help. They don’t keep up with the apartments. Very old and trashy looking.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I moved in November and at first it was okay, but a month after I moved in we saw a roach in our apt. We brushed the situation off and went on about our lives but then we start seeing more and more roaches through out the months that we live here. They have a guy that sprays every Thursday but that spray doesn’t do anything I am still seeing cockroaches still to this day! The man comes and spray often but it does not do anything! I am not paying rent to live with roaches at all! I want to feel comfortable in my own home and I can’t cus every time I look up it’s a big in my home! I do not recommend these apartments! I feel like they knew it was a roach problem before they gave us this apartment. We was supposed to have a different apartment but they didn’t even have it ready when they told us the day to come get the keys and they rushed us into a went carpet, flies flying, humid apartment. And it turned out to have roaches! Please i DO NOTRECOMMEND! Can’t wait to leave I will definitely not renew my lease

Very lousy place. I just move in but my house is full of roaches. I'm very disappointed. Plse before you move in or sign the lease make sure you see the place. I don't like this place at all. Worst place ever. The staff re ok but the management is horrible
