Sanchez Heating & A/C, Mesquite TX

Johnny Sanchez fixed our heater upstairs by replacing a sequencer. Our regular AC tech was busy so, we had to look for someone else who was reasonable and within our budget. He did not only meet these requirements but exceeded our expectations. Johnny was honest and very knowledgeable. He found a new sequencer and replaced the defective one in no time. He did not rely solely on my suggestion, hunch, or suspicion but, he diligently and meticulously diagnosed the issue until he came to the same conclusion. We need more honest and reliable AC and heating techs like him, no question about it.

Our AC went out in the middle of summer and our regular AC guy said he couldn't get to us for 8 days. We called Sanchez and he came out right away and was able to install a new AC unit for us the very next morning, at a very fair price. Then, we asked him this week if he knew anyone who could do some electrical work, and he was actually able to complete 3 projects for us. My husband & I are very glad to have found Sanchez Heating & A/C because of the quality work, fair prices and quick turn-around time. If you need AC or electrical work, we highly recommend Sanchez.

Johnny was very professional called to follow up and also did a follow up visit to make sure the installation of our new unit was working properly. Our A/C unit was 18 years old. Johnny gave us quotes for 3 different brands on cost and installing, and was the best quote we had received. He gave us simple maintenance tips to care for the unit. I highly recommend Sanchez, heating & A/C. My air conditioner suddenly stopped and I was concerned about being without air conditioning for several days. I called Mr. Sanchez in the morning and he was able to come by that same day afternoon. I was concerned that my ac unit would need to be replaced immediately, but he quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that my unit still had life and I could manage the rest of the summer. He then changed out a defective part and stated that I can close the window! My unit was in business again. He then explained my options for a new unit and a very reasonable quote. I will be having Sanchez Heating & A/C install my new unit this fall

I came home from work to a very hot house. Johnny came out on extrem
ely short notice and squeezed me in! He didn't have the part in his truck and it is late so he did a temporary fix to get it cooled off til he can get back tomorrow. I am so grateful!
