I reserved my rehearsal dinner party here and The team went above and beyond for our rehearsal dinner. Mia helped with the process of bringing everything together and she was so pleasant to work with. Unbelievably sweet and chill attentive servers Leo and Genevieve. They worked so hard to attend our party and it definitely showed. I highly recommend and would book another event here.

Great tacos and nachos. Many good drinks, wine, sangrias, and wine in a can that was surprisingly good. The rooftop was cooler with a breeze after about 6 on a 90+ day. Music was good from speakers in spite of the band downstairs somewhere. Thankfully we could still carry on a conversation which was our goal. The stairs are built fir those with young knees. There are tables up or down stairs. Very enjoyable.

Good Afternoon,

On the evening of September 28th, myself and 17 other family members went to have dinner in memory of my uncle Joe, we had just came from Angelus funeral home after his rosary and your venue was very nearby. I have never received such horrible service. We can begin with the wait it took before we even were greeted by a server that was about a 15 minute wait at least, ordering food was chaotic, credit cards were collected at the beginning of the night- something I have never seen done at a restaurant, when we received our food it was placed with the wrong people, we were never even told which dish was which we had to figure it out by seeing what ingredients were in it-chicken, beef or vegetarian, our drinks took forever to be brought to us at least another 15 minutes- long enough for several of us to go down to the bar order drinks on separate tabs and return to the table, my son and cousin did not receive their order until about 20 minutes after everyone else, water cups were passed out, picked up and refilled and re-distrusted among the table all mixed up, my uncles water cup had lipsick it on it, my cousins water cup had a crumpled receipt at the bottom of it, the food was decent at best, we had to frequently remind the servers that we were still waiting on refills or for orders that had not been brought out. Our overall experience was horrible especially coming from such an emotional event it was the last thing we needed to occur. I called and spoke to the manager- Mia Cortez- she was unapologetic and was only willing to reimburse the items that were incorrectly billed to my sisters bill, which was $11.10. There was 15 adults and 3 children in our party, we spent hundreds of dollars there easily, between rounds of tequila shots, alcohol orders and food and received horrible service. The way the manger handled my call I felt the need to reach out to you. She did not even express any condolences for the passing of my uncle which in itself was very disrespectful, we live in a city that is full of compassionate people and someone in a managerial position should have more empathy and make guests feel more appreciated, I have been treated better at a fast food restaurant. It is just a shame that our first experience with your place went this way. I will compliment you on the beautiful view from the second story, it is a great location, our experience could have gone so differently and it is quite a shame. We had guests from Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and the Woodlands. I would appreciate a response to this email and I am interested to know how you react. I will await your response before we share our experience with our friends and family.

Food was great KUDOS to the chef! On another note the service was hella bad. I asked Brie, my waitress for salt and she told me “we didn’t have any. ” So, I responded back asking “so, there is no salt in this entire restaurant. ” She said a firm “NO. ” I said wait “so my food was not made with salt. ” She said “oh of course it was. ” I said “ok then can I please have some salt. ” She turned to my husband and ask if he needed anything and completely disregarded what I asked her. She was so rude. Even from the get go she saw my husband and I holding hands across the table and asked will this be one or two separate tabs. Who asks that when a couple is holding hands at a table? My husband had to literally go up to her and ask her to stop being so rude to me.

Well it was a blues Sunday at sanchos we were invited to a party and more than half the party order never came and when they asked for their credit card back they were charged a ten dollar preauthorization even though there food or drinks were not served to them yeah this us a no go for me

Rustic outdoor atmosphere. Covered Roof top is nice! Delicious picadillo tacos and empanadas. Canned Cabernet is actually pretty good. Great service and friendly staff.

Live music was great, restrooms were clean, drinks were perfect, and the food was not bad for bar food, the nachos were my favorite. I went around 9pm on a Saturday and it wasn't over crowded, there is plenty of seats, I didn't get a chance to go upstairs. Over all the atmosphere is awesome for just a night out to unwind and relax and enjoy some drinks with friends. Staff gets

Not good at all. The service was bad and the waitress was rude. The majority of our party didn't get their food. The drinks were watered down

Delicious and I need this on a REGULAR basis. Close to home and the food is scrumptious. The band was decent and our server was unforgettable.

They had vegan options and good priced drinks, the staff was super friendly as well. The torta was sooo good highly recommend:)

We had a big party with 1 waitress. I and others never got our food or drinks. We just left after an hour plus of waiting.

Place has changed a lot service wise. Even on an empty Saturday afternoon, bartender/servers are rude. If you don’t want to work just go take a hike.

Love the food and the outdoor space. We sat outside and enjoyed the Bistek nachos and Pollo Tinga tacos. They had a Depeche Mode channel playing and the staff was attentive and friendly.

Expensive but good food! Come later in the evening for the live music! Parking is one lot away with no marking lines; the close lot is for Taco Bell only.

Awesome atmosphere, some good bands and fantastic margaritas! Pomegranate and Mango are my favorites plus they have Bid Red flavor for those lovers!

Had the carnitas torta. So wonderful. The bread was perfect and the meat to veggies ratio was on point. Our server was on top of refills and was a delight. It was open mic Tuesday and was so much fun. Will definitely come back.

Place smelled bad. Like spoiled cheese? We were very excited to try a new place. The bartender was less than helpful. We let him know it was our first time there. He said, ok I’ll give you a minute. He walked away to watch a video on someone’s cell phone and then never returned to help us. After waiting there for a while, he was called away by someone, at which point we decided to walk out.

Tinga de Pollo Tacos are great! The tortilla on the tacos makes a difference, and stands out! Salsas also tasty and spicy enough
Nachos were also good! We had the picadillo nachos
There was live music, which made it a great night! Great old rockn roll music!

First time going here. Really good food and drinks w decent prices. Lunch /happy hour m-f 12-6pm. Comes with rice and beans for lunch only included. Good drinks also staff was pretty friendly. Will be coming back. Gotta the love the view of your city too
