Sanctuary Nail Spa, Houston TX

This place was my favorite, but I had manicure yesterday, Nickie was the person take care of it. She just peeled my skin the quality of my nails its not good at all. She didn’t even do proper manicure no cirticule nothing just hardly peeled my skin and then put that chemical just burned. Kindly asking full refund from owner.

This was my second visit to the place. And I was not happy with the service! I showed a picture of how I wanted them but the Lady (Dominique) rushed in doing my nails, she refused to chose the colours I asked for and ended up choosing her own ruining me set! She took an 1.5 hours just to do basic French nails! And charged me double
Never going to this place again!

Not good at regular manicures, sloppy, bubbles in the top coat, cant wait to take it off and do it myself. The place is pretty and clean, maybe their shellac is better but i wont be figuring it out.

Dominic as amazing! Best pedicure I ever got she paid attention to detail and wasn’t all rough. Definitely 5 star service

I moved to Houston 4 years ago, and this location was the first one and the only one I have been to. Always super clean, nice, and always eager to give the best work they can. All of technicians are capable of doing anything!

Very disappointed with the customer service plus they talk and laugh about you in their language, they don’t even listen to your suggestions so they do what’s convenient for them to over charge you then they pretend they didn’t understand plus the mani doesn’t even last a week…definitely not coming back, at least for the same money I can get better service.

I got my nails done by Nancy and I really enjoyed the experience! She was super friendly, accommodating and very sweet, I thoroughly enjoyed my time. Definitely will come back again!

I was really disappointed. When he painted my nails, he started so far from the nail bed that it looked like it had grown out. I did shellac and the nail polish came off less than 7 days after.

Not only is the place clean & pretty but EVERYONE is super sweet! Nancy did my nails exactly as I requested!
