Staff is very friendly. Pool is beautiful. Entire place is kept well and beautiful.just need more amenities-maybe a gym and cut the $15 extra fee.

We had a bit of emergency with our air last night and it was fixed QUICK. I really wanna thank our staff because we wouldn't have made it last night without yall. Any calls we make to maintenance are normally handled quick and efficiently. We couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you Sandstone.

Let me start by saying, the office staff is AMAZING! Katie helped us out so much and it made me cry. I can't remember the other staff members name but those ladies were so great as well. I love how the other tenants get excited while talking to them and even when they are busy they acknowledge everyone in the room instead of just ignoring. I'm glad to finally a office staff who aren't mean and nasty and when they say they're working on it, they mean it. Thanks so much for all the help you've ladies have done for my family and I. Stay positive

Sandstone apartments are in a great location. The office staff is amazing very informative about the property. I love the team work they show and the leadership is outstanding. Sandstone apartments is a great place to call home.

Kristie is a great manager. Who always tries to go above and beyond for her residents. Even with all the renovations going on she does everything possible to keep everyone happy. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I just wanted to take a moment to brag about the awesome job this apartment complex has done with their upgrades especially the new colors not to mention the amazing staff that keeps the complex running and residents happy!

Very beautiful property well-maintained love the new updates on the apartments. The management staff there is wonderful and easy to work with and they’re always willing to listen to your concerns. I highly recommend this property to all my friends.

Recently terminated my lease early due to financial issues. Told management I could pay the rent fine and if I could pay the termination fee overtime. Was agreed to and then 2 days later I found a eviction notice on my door for unpayed fees. Do not live here. Faulty stoves, asbestos, lack of safety for residents. I had to salt my own stairs/pathway prior to the freezing.

WARNING: DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY LANSCAPING OR NICE PAINT! 1) When we moved in the apartment had intense cigarette smell that we were never notified of the last tenant smoking in the house about and they refused to fix the problem, 2) The HVAC is obviously from the 70's or 80's when the property was originally constructed. It's completely brown with rust and the filters don't prevent dust from spreading through the house. It's visible on the ceiling near all vents. 3) We were directly LIED to when they said the pool had been closed for just two months, other tenants said 2 years at the time we moved in and now I guess it's been 3.4) Don't nail anything to the wall cause there might be asbestos 5) New management taped a "Lease Termination Notice" to our door telling us to move out in 4 days for non payment of a NEW $77 utility charge that was posted 4 days prior. Never attempted to call either of us, email either of us, knock on the door, give us a warning that a new charge was coming, etc. Literally because they didn't get a payment in 4 days of it posting they want to terminate the lease. This happened to at least 5 people on the same day.
