Simply amazing. My wife and I move often for work and have bought/sold/rented via realtors a total of 9 homes including in different countries. For this move we were moving into the US from a different country on a expat assignment and we have more complexity to manage than a typical home buyer. Additionally, she served not simply as a realtor but a full relocation consultant, helping us to track down better bankers, better inspectors all the way to the best internet providers, pool maintence and AC repair. When reno's were needed she used her contacts to get us discounted rates with high quality contractors who moved quickly because of their relationship with Sandy. She knows absolutely everybody and is exceptionally well connected and respected within the community. She has stayed involved to ensure that the post-buying experience is going smoothly, and even continues to offer to help with questions on our renovations when helping us decide on what will preserve the best resale value.

Lastly, Sandy took the time to build relationships with our family and ensured our kids felt included in the process and that their opinions mattered as they adjusted to the move.

Very rarely do you find a combination of exceptional capability, personality, integrity, kindness and patience, but this will be the experience you will have with Sandy. She is equally warm and kind as she is a fierce negotiator. You will never be alone with her as your realtor and we are so thankful she was recommended to us.
