Sanitas Medical Center, Houston TX

My appointment was at 9.00.even ı came half an hour early ı am still waiting.after a week I saw how right I was. The doctor wrote a wrong appointment in the wrong place. I learned at the appointment time that there would be no analysis at the place I went. It was as if the children were playing doctor. It was a terrible experience.

I’ve been coming here for a while and first time seeing Vanita she’s really nice and funny? They need more people like her all around Houston

I just love Sanitas Briarforest the Staff is very friendly and today Vanita took my Videls and a Covid test and she was friendly and help full

My X-Ray nurse Arnetta was great. Very patient, professional, and knowledgeable about all the questions I had.

My experience thus far has been beautiful because of the beautiful souls that have cared for me from the moment I enter the building. Professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate, all while wearing a smile.

A special thank you to Sister Arnetta who did my knee x-ray. She recognized the distress I was in from the pain and helped get on and off the table, handled me gently and even put my shoes on, tied them for me and sent me on my way with stern encouragement to take my time walking and be careful not to fall.

Arnetta, x-ray, made a routine medical procedure extraordinary, he explained in detail the procedure, and why it was medically necessary for a prognosis of H pylori. She was meticulously punctual, and efficient but at the same time, making sure the patient had a pleasant interactive experience, at Sanitas briar forest facility. Lastly, she went out of her way to make sure that the patient was able to monitor the results online when published.

The nurse practitioner Wisdom and Dr Vasquez were so incredibly helpful and attentive, I have never experienced such a thorough and pleasant doctor experience.
I'm so grateful to be here!

Overall Sanitas has been great! I plan on continuing my care here. All of the staff I’ve worked with are good at communicating information and very professional. Vanita especially does a great job when she takes care of my visits. She’s very personable as well.:)

This location is great, I live in Katy but have found myself making this location my usual when I have to go to the doctors. The staff if very kind and always so helpful. Last visit Vanita help me out she was awesome!

When I arrived for check in the receptionist Alyssa was very nice. I was unfortunately late for my appointment but she was courteous enough to find another time today for my appointment today and I’m greatly appreciative for it. And she understood my urgency.
