I met Vanessa and Adam last year in September when I was overwhelmed and worried about car damage and they were incredibly helpful and kind with helping me address the issue. Because of that when I was in an accident recently I went back of course. During this visit where I was even more overwhelmed and frustrated I met Jason and Jared (and saw Vanessa again) and they were equally helpful and kind. Everyone was so patient with me too which was much appreciated because after getting into my accident I was very stressed. The repairs were quick and the cost was reasonable-most important though the quality of the work and the people was incredible. I so appreciate these people and shop-hopefully I don’t need more repairs but if I do at least I know where to go

They fixed my hanging bumper at an extremely reasonable price. The receptionist is kind and fun to chat with over a quick wait. Same day service and clean office.

The people here were very helpful and kind. The manager took his time to help us out and was really patient! Would recommend this shop!

I took my car to Santa Ana for body repair after a collision. They were very helpful and professional. They provided updates and they did a great job repairing the car. Adam was super responsive and willing to go the extra mile.

I got into a small fender bender and the team at Santa Ana made the process so easy for me. One of the fastest and easiest process I have ever dealt with concerning a body shop. I could not be more happier with the quick turn around and quality of work this team provided. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Stopped in after getting hit on the back left side of my car. There was minor damage, but there was a dent, the car body was scraping along my tire. Adam looked at my car figure out what the issue was and he got me right on my way quickly, he has really good customer service. He’s also very knowledgeable and his job.

My Mazda CX-30 2022 was repaired at Santa Ana body shop on Jones Rd. I got the best price quote from here. The staffs were nice and friendly. The repair quality was excellent. I definitely recommend Santa Ana body shop and will use them again if needed.

I needed to have the front bumper replaced and the front quarter panel scratches fixed. I came to them based on my mechanic's recommendation. They did a great job on both portions and the paint work was great. You can't tell any work had been done to it. They explained all the parts they were planning to replace and didn't go overboard based on the damage. There were parts that were probably not damaged based on what they were seeing, which turned out to be the case. They performed the work quickly and stuck to their initial quote. I also asked if they could repair damaged paint on a rim and they were able to assist with this repair as well. Everything turned out great and I am completely happy with the work and the whole process!

Horrible company just left and my cars not even drivable had to bring it all the way to Dallas just to get it fixed all over again not coming back!

Brought my car back for a simple cosmetic repair and some how my car came back covered in small scratches

Needed to get the casing replaced on my right side rear view mirror and was assured $1,200 would be the best price. Well I had to take my car back to Honda for an oil change and they could have fixed it for under $1,000… appreciate that guys

The guy Adam tried to fight me after I tried to get my car back and upped the price we already agreed on and you can tell they give themselves 5 star reviews because they’re so bad and don’t want people to know they scam everyone
