The best credit union in the panhandle! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my loans, they're so helpful and fun to work with. Special thanks to the hillside loan girls for helping my husband with his truck loan you guys are awesome and super quick! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Came here to get a personal loan to consolidate expenses occurred from moving to Amarillo. I have great credit but they wouldn’t lend to me because I just moved here? The other credit union I went to agreed that was outrageous. Overall felt like my business here wasn’t taken seriously. If you’re interested in building a relationship with a credit union don’t come here because they won’t respect your business. Wasted my time and ran my credit just to be told they won’t lend to me because I’m new in town. Ridiculous.

I went in for a shared branching transaction which can be a headache for a teller. Colton was kind and patient as I filled out the form. He made sure that had the bulls I preferred. The facility was beautiful. I was created promptly as I walked in. If I lived locally I would be happy to use them for banking. Excellent customer service!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Tammy is a complete and horrible nightmare. I don't know how they even allow her to be employed there still. This place is the absolute worst for business. Definitely better off at People's.
