Santa Fe Health & Rehab, Weatherford TX

The staff are very friendly! My husband, Bruce was there for 37 days this year. He arrived barely able to get around, but when he left he was getting around with a walker. Sharon, Shawn, Roger and Teresa were wonderful in PT/OT. Nursing staff led by Darrin were very knowledgeable. CNA staff and Dining team were caring! Watching the staff feed and interact with patients just touched my heart. Administrator, Joe and Jennifer along with admin.were great. PA, AZIZ has a wonderful bedside manner. Small community spirit In Weatherford, which made us feel right at home.

If I could give this facility 100 stars I would. I am currently staying at this facility for rehab.
The staff here is phenomenal! They are the most caring individuals that I have ever met!
There isn't anything I have needed or wanted that I have not received.
If you have family or friends that need rehabilitation or skilled nursing don't hesitate bring them here to Santa Fe you will not regret it!

This facility cared for my mother in law and our family was grateful for the care she received. Several times I visited and noticed the staff caring and interacting with the residents and they truly seem happy! Small family like atmosphere!

Great facility, fantastic staff. Members of my family has been here for some rehab. Honestly I don't think my family and I would have chosen any other facility.

My father was here for a short period of time. He developed gang green, and was left laying in his own urine for long periods of time.

I am a resident I have been taken care of with so much love and compassion if you need to be somewhere long term or short term or your loved this is home!

I would to say Thank you to all the staff at Sante fe Nursing Facility. My Mom has been a resident of of this facility for 4 years and they are all so kind and thoughtful to her. She has dementia so she travels alot in her mind. All the staff are so courteous and respectful to me, my sister and whom ever goes to visit. The nurses, CNA’s Aides and kitchen staff are very thoughtful. They have been alittle short staff but they do there very best. I thank them for all the care and love they give to my Mom. I visit my Mom frequently and not only are they good to my Mom I see how they treat other residents. It takes a special and caring person to do everything they do. Thank you Sante Fe Nursing Facility for all the love and care y'all give your residents and there families. Tina
