I have been using SANTEX Air for many years now. They have been very consistent; they are there to fix your system the best way possible. They are not going to walk in and immediately try to sell you a new system like most of the big companies do. Joe is very competent and he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. Their install team is amazingly fast. They are not cheap but nobody good is cheap anymore.

Joe was very attentive to my needs and professional throughout the whole process. A very affordable company and knowledgeable.

This company came to my home on the 5th of July 2022 and looked at my air conditioner because it was blowing hot air & the contractor stayed that it was a problem by my compressor. The system shut down 5 days later & I had to make another claim for them to come back out to my home, once he arrived he looked at the system again & said it’s working fine. Then went over to the circuit box & touched it with his hand & said it’s hot & that I need to get an electrician out to change the circuit breaker. I paid of totally of $200.00 to this company through my 2/10 home buyers deductible for nothing. I called the company to make a complaint & the lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional yelling at me & did not sympathize with my frustration at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also when the electrician came out July 14,2022 he made it clear that there was nothing wrong with the circuit breaker. This company CAN NEVER COME IN TO MY HOME! BE WARE IF THEIR SENT OUT TO YOUR HOME!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend any do business with this company. I purchased a replacement Trane HVAC system from Bexar Air. Mr. Jerry Barragan, purchased Bexar Air and changed name of co.to SanTex Air. SanTex Air and Bexar Air are still listed on net and share shame address and phone number. When SanTex returns calls, caller ID still says Bexar Air. My purchase contract and Paid Invoice state Warranty 12 year compressor, 10 year all other for parts and labor. Two years ago when performing warrantied repair on AC, SanTex gave me a receipt that said no charge, warranty 10 years Parts and Labor. Parts are warrantied by Trane and labor is warrantied by local vendor who installed (Bexar Air who SanTex purchased). I have talked with Trane National consumer relations and Trane verified as per my contract and paid invoice, parts warranty is good until Feb 2022. My AC coil is leaking and now needs to be replaced. Pres.and owner of SanTex Air, Jerry Barragan, today states while he honored my warranty two years ago when making repairs to unit because he wanted to be a good vendor, he will NOT honor extended labor warranty any longer. When I asked one last time if he was refusing to honor my contract and should I call a lawyer, Mr. Barragan stated do what you need to do and hung up on me. I find owner of SanTex Air, Jerry Barragan's attitude, language and business practice to be shameful, rude, unprofessional and dishonest. Please, please do business with another HVAC company.
