Santikos Casa Blanca, San Antonio TX

This place is awesome. It has different types of entertainment for all ages, and the reclining seats are perfect for the movie viewing experience!

Was a great atmosphere. Attentive service and very clean movie theater. I say go to Alamo Ranch movies it's well worth the price and very family friendly.

I'm not sure what was going on. We haven't been here since the pandemic but this location is going down. The ice machines were completely out of ice and the soda tasted gross. And they were out of alot of sodas. The refreshment area was a mess. The restrooms too were a hot mess. Maybe it was just an off day and maybe understaffed. I hope things improve.

The lights didnt get turned off till 10-15 min after the movie started in the avx theater! I tried calling from my seat 5 min. Into the movie but had no luck talking to anyone. Last time visiting this theater.

Casa Blanca is my go to movie theater. But I was a bit shocked this time I went because the theater we went into wasn't entirely clean. I am used to having the floor sticky or what not, but not my seat being dirty. My seat wasn't like super dirty, but it had some curbs and what looked like popcorn grease or something. But the atmosphere and service was wonderful and quick and the theater was like always: cold but comfortable.

I love this movie theater, I always have good experiences here, the bathrooms are so clean, I never have had trouble here. I love it when the parking lot is full and the employees in the cart ask if I want a ride to the front. I love the popcorn there, I’m real picky with movie theater popcorn and it’s so delicious. I also love it when we go and buy our tickets or food and they ask if we are a member cause we are so we can use points! I’m very satisfied with this movie theater:) keep it up.

What a horrible location. It couldn't have been built in a more difficult place to get into. You'll save time driving to the one on bandera or Alamo Westlakes.

I hrought my two grandsons to Santikos. One wanted to bowl and the other grandson, wanted to go to the movies. We enjoyed the both request without leaving the premises. Thank you, Santikos!

So, I decided to watch a movie today here at Casa Blanca. I approached to order from the concession stand, where I was informed at my last visit that I had a free large popcorn to redeem. When ordering I was told there was nothing on my account. The manager kindly took care of my popcorn order with no issue. Will continue to be a loyal member to Santikos.

Love this movie theater. My only issue is the lack of supervision when cleaning the theater rooms. I had to called someone to clean the grease out of my chair in 4 different occasions. Having a dinner in can be messy so they should put more attention on cleaning after each showing. Other than that is a great theater.

Took forever to get out food my chicken tenders, has no seasoning. >. > they were well cooked though, and the sauce they gave sorta saved them. The bowling ally was fun although they had tech problems, and we lost minutes on our game. Didn't offer to give back the minutes we lost so, that sucked. Over all the place was clean and my boyfriend and his family, we all had fun.

It's pretty new, so it's a nice place, but on top of spending a small fortune for tickets, and even a bigger fortune for conssecions, the line you have to wait in takes WAY to long.

The seats are comfortable, prices are what you'd expect. I like that I can have a beer. Refreshment area was not kept up but survivable

Love the recliners. Love the bar drinks. Love the service. Love the kiosk ticket purchasing and how you can select your seats. It’s super clean and nice. I took off a star because they do tend to close their stands before their “times” or they’ll close them early so if you go to a late show they only have certain stands open.

We live closer to Santikos Silverado, but Casa Blanca is worth the extra drive for nicer and newer facilities.

Love the recliners. Snacks were great. Andy sold us on the membership. He was super nice and efficient. Impressed.

Love the theater and it’s employees but just had a small problem with the cleanliness of the seats i sat in the theater (15), they were not wiped down properly and had sticky soda all over the arm rest and a long the sides of the arm rest then popcorn was still stuck between the seats.

What a place. Food was very good. Seats were comfy. Screen was HUGE. I would have sat further back as the room is not really big. Great experience. A little expensive tho. Spent over $31 for show, hamburger and drink.

Love this theater. Love being a member and getting cool perks. Clean and family friendly. Also, Santikos makes it easy to reserve online with no fees.

I love this theatre: a lot of parking space, beautiful space inside, you have bowling, game room, restaurant food line which tastes good, you get your popcorn and they have a separate area to get your popcorn butter and soda, they also have slushy to choose from. The seats are so comfortable and enough space to walk. Love it!
