Santikos Entertainment Palladium, San Antonio TX

First time here. Saw the House of Gucci with a group of friends and had a great time. Good sound quality and loved the reclining seats with privacy dividers.

Love how big it is. Came back twice. Love the reclining chairs. Not to bad on price. They also have an arcade inside. Upstairs they have a bar and a few adults only movie theaters. Kids are not allowed on the second floor.

Haven't been able to get off the toilet me n my family got sick last night from theyr popcorn I thought it tasted weird but I tried to ignore it I felt nauseous the whole time thought I was gonna throw up at the end of the movie I just didn't want to.and as soon as we got home straight to the restroom with diarrhea I feel so sick

I was on Sunday, November 14, to see a movie, I am 49 years old and I am Mexican. I tried to buy a drink from the bar and the woman who served me refused to serve me because she required my original passport to identify me.something truly absurd and exaggerated. They should use her criteria, it is evident that I am not 21 or under.my son tried to buy a coke icee and none of the machines worked.the bathrooms are a real disgusting, my chair had a malfunction when trying to recline it. I recently heard about the great efforts made by the company to recover the damage caused by the pandemic, they are on the right track. I'm being sarcastic.

Had an amazing time at the Ghost Busters event at the Santikos Palladium theater in San Antonio Tx. The movie looked great on the IMAX big screen and acoustics were great (I’m partially deaf and it was still great). It was my first time in AVX seating and I had to turn the seat off a few times when I was trying to eat my popcorn and take a drink, but other than that not too bad. As for the movie you will have to see it for yourself, no spoilers here! I can tell you it it brought back some very good memories and a few scenes actually made me tear up (just a little bit! LOL) there was even an ovation at the end with some standing, yes, it WAS that good. If you get a chance to watch it on the big screen, I think you will enjoy it more.

Love this movie theater and this company. The popcorn is always popped perfect, they have really great fried pickles that my husband and I love. And best of all you can put your own butter on your popcorn. Hahha. I’m a popcorn fanatic, so that’s a big deal breaker for me. The seats in this place are top notch. They recline and are extremely comfy. The side tables attached to the arm rests don’t get in the way at all.

Always friendly staff and clean. Have many options for theaters (Imax, 3D, food with movie, vip etc).

Very accommodating people. Customer service was awesome. The prices are high but worth it if you can get good seats.

I watched the new 007 James Bond movie with my friend, this was my first theather experience in San Antonio. The theather was clean, the movie was great. But I don’t understand why he died at the end? I think the next one will be something LMBTQ what is sad because all of these things are starting to manipulate our life. I recommend the place, I enjoyed this night, thank you

My favorite theatre, but the past few times i have gone the volume has been disorientingly loud, so bad that i’ve had to walk out of 2 movies that i was actually enjoying because i just couldnt take it anymore. Louder than concerts, my motorcycle.

Clean, decent prices, super comfortable seating, and always playing great movies. I celebrated my birthday early here with my fiancé and we had a great time

Nice theater - My one complaint is that it is difficult to get layered butter popcorn. Apparently they don't have butter machines behind the counter, which makes zero sense

My kids love this place but we had never been to the iMax one and we where very disappointed for the extra money, the other screens would of been better no reclining chairs on the imax we went in but other than that we love coming here

It's a great theatre, but it is COMPLETELY idiotic to charge a reservation fee. We're already paying for the ticket.

The seats were comfy and the sound system was good except the sound was so loud that bass from another theater was leaking into our theater and ruining the quiet moments. Another thing is the popcorn we got was some of the worst I've ever had tasted like it was kinda burnt and smoked. Also the employees were pretty lackluster.

My special needs friend Isaac K.had a great time watching the super hero movie. Otherwise it was a pretty basic movie theater with reclining leather seats.

Very spacious theater and very clean, also if you are looking for parking where you don't have to over thing what if someone breaks into my car because i park it far away from the entrance DON'T BE this part of town is quite safe, and nice.

I was signed up for an early preview of a movie, but was told that it would be a while of a wait time. An hour later, they let in a bunch of people that got there later, which wasn't fair.
