Sent a repair man to fix gas stove. Had to borrow my drill cause he didn't have one. He cld not fix stove. They called 2 days later and said "we r looking for the part, but have no idea if we can find the part" I found the correct part online next day. Most unprofessional business. Gas stove is not something you want unqualified, untrained people to work on. Do not call them

Mr. Carlos is such a nice guy. He was able to help me in times of great distress with my stove. He was patient and honest about what I needed. He made it to my phone list of numbers to keep for future reference.

I always come to buy my parts here and the old man takes forever to help customers. He ALWAYS has them waiting. But not gonna come anymore. I ONLY go there cuz I hate crowds of ppl and hate waiting in lines. So i would rather pay less money for parts at walmart then go here again pay more and still waiting to get help from the ppl working there

UDPDATE Sorry to say, their prices have risen sharply. For instance, a repair that cost me $85 is now $150; and I tipped the worker $40, so this simple belt change was quite costly. I have moved on to another seller in Socorro who has kept their prices reasonable.

They had a part I needed in stock that was half the price of what Maytag offered (and Maytag was going to need to order it in). Santos also helped me out when they weren’t even open. I was able to get my refrigerator going again before the food spoiled. A very great store and service!
