She always takes the time to listen to our concerns, no matter how small they are, and she does so without a hint of arrogance. This made us feel comfortable and valued as Parents. Her exceptional care and humility set her apart.

Dr. Sapna Shah is an excellent pediatrician.
Her diagnosis is always on point, does a thorough checkup and explains everything in detail.
Never saw her rush even when she is swarmed with appointments.

Dr. Shah is always incredible, wise and anchored in her diagnoses. Her bedside manner is comforting and so lovely. My children love seeing her.

Dr. Shah is great and very caring. 2 of my children is currently with her and I was ready to switch 2 of my other children to her. However, all 3 times we visited her office at Anderson Mill, the receptionist is so rude and very disgrace. She has the worse attitude and should be removed from her job immediately. We decided to stop going to Dr. Shah due to this lady at the front.
Dr Shah is One of the best pediatricians in Austin. We are seeing her for our new born and we are very happy.
The appointment maker was so rude and short that I decided not to go to them. If they don't have enough wisdom to tell their employees to treat stressed out parents with kindness, I figured I am better off without them.
