Sapphire Event Center, Pharr TX

We are Mr. & Mrs. Adolfo Rosillo who had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at the Amazing Sapphire Event Center. The staff was awesome! They fulfilled all of our needs. They were very attentive and treated us like we were family, making sure we were well taken care of all night. They truly made it a very special night for us and will remember it for the rest of our lives. We definitely recommend Sapphire Event Center for your special occasions. Adriana, Laura, and Olga you ladies are phenomenal!

I had the best experience with this event center. I used the small salon in the back for my bridal shower it was just beyond my expectations. The customer service is amazing they are so understanding and they take away all the stress from your event. I loved that they decorated everything to my taste, the coordinators would check up on me during the event to see if I need it anything. Overall so happy with my experience 10 10 recommend.

It’s a beautiful location, employees where so nice and understanding. Can’t wait to celebrate my daughter’s 15era. After attending and event the music, food, the location and the way we were treat I knew that my daughter’s 15 had to be there.

Simply amazed by the amazing customer service and the quality and variety of food and desserts that was provided for tasting. The venue is beautiful and staff is truly helpful, they have so many different table settings to which I was so undecided and they were very patient with me. Im looking forward to having my upcoming event. The owner is truly passionate about helping and making a dream into reality, thank you!

Lovely event center and staff. Everyone is very accommodating and thoughtful to ensure that your event comes out perfectly planned! I would definitely recommend this venue.

Terrible place, my niece had her quince a few weeks ago and we had a terrible experience, their ac unit gave out and the event center was extremely hot, guests were leaving due to the heat and the people did nothing but hand out room temp water bottles to a few guests they also kept all the leftover food. I would highly not recommend very unprofessional and rude

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Worst Event Venue experience of our lives. The AIR CONDITIONING stopped working during dinner hours, the event coordinator blamed it on people opening and closing of the front door, which is a ridiculous thing to say when its a building that big. The coordinator was rude and unprofessional, she was rude to some of our guests, in which, our guests decided to leave instead. They messed up the quinceañera dance and said "oh we didn't want to stress you out, so we just didn't play the music you wanted" what was more stressful was that the quinceanera stood in the middle of the dance floor waiting for the song to play. The waiters were so rude and unprofessional as well. They were placing food where no one was sitting and even some of our guests didn't get served after multiple times of asking them to serve our guests. A waiter even spilled ice tea in a guest's plate and never returned to replace the plate. They all had attitudes and definitely seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. This people even kept some of our stuff that we bought for the event and refused to return.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
