I looked for information to move to Saratoga Ridge, Tonya and her colleagues helped me with everything. Tonya made things very easy for me, always friendly and in a good mood.

If you're desperate it's not bad here. Roaches are bad here, and I have sent 3 requests for pest control to come and nothing has happened. Upstairs will not be quiet and I constantly hear pounding and stomping. Was reported to management, units don't ventilate properly so i have to constantly switch between opening and closing my windows. I'll be outta here in a few weeks.

This place is a nightmare, the parking is impossible. I've had my car hit multiple times because of the outrageous parking spots.

I just moved, I haven't even been here for a month and my wife's car was stolen at approximately 1: 10 p.m. Today, 10/28/2023, my wife is pregnant, it was her means of transportation to go to her appointments.of pregnancy, taking our children to and from school and you know what the worst thing is, I came from collecting my check for the week and she left her purse there with the money inside the car when I returned to bring the money the car was no longer alone I saw the broken glass on the floor and I went downstairs and apart from that, my little daughter was packing her clothes, going to camp and going there in the car.

I don't recommend this place. I have a sister who just moved to that place. I think she hasn't even been there for 3 weeks and they stole her car and some belongings she had and the rent money she had to pay next week and now she can't do it like that.solve everything without money without a car tomorrow she will go to the office to see what can be solved since the insurance company will see if they will respond first God help her since they left her almost on the street which was her cart since she moved it to go to their control pregnancy and bring your children to school since that person who caused that damage will not have forgiveness from God because they hurt a person, they were not well off financially.help share all this comment so that many people avoid moving in this place now that it is dangerous to move there

The gate has been broken and open for weeks and no one has fixed it.
I've lived here for less than 2 months and I've already suffered theft in the parking lot and I often see cars with broken windows. It's definitely not a safe place.

Saragota is a joke and if I had know before I moved in here, I wouldn’t have risked it. Parking is an absolute nightmare. And I get harassed every single time with my car been towed and they finally towed it. Spoke to management about it and they seem to have no clue on dealing with the situation. My neighbor upstairs stomps his feet all day long like it’s nothing. If they don’t have adequate parking, what’s the point of living here? My old apartment I used to live is far better in terms of parking situation. Saragota, y’all need to do better. I always take out my own trash even when they added trash valetit to your rent monthly. The technology to lock and open door doesn’t even work. Rip off

They broke into my car, the bad gates take advantage of that and they left me no money for rent and food for my 4 children, someone advise me what I can do, I need help, I'm pregnant

I have been a Resident since April 2005 / residing in Colonial village / Canyon Hills /Landmark and now SARATOGA RIDGE and I have to say that in almost 18 years of living here in this property we have the joy of having a Professional team LISA GROVE, LUISITO RODELA They are the BEST in everything, they are kind, always good with a smile and that is projected on every resident who lives here and of course on the future residents so I am very pleased to live in this my home in Saratoga and I invite you If you visit us and live with us, I guarantee that you will be treated like at home here

Hell of an experience to live here. I was only here for a year, gate is almost always broken, there’s not even a manager right now, I made a total of 10 noise complaints from neighbors in 12 months, they always addressed it as a joke. I can’t wait to move.

9 noise complaints in 10 months, This is the worst sleep I’ve had in my life and I feel so unheard by management. Even though we like our unit and maintenance service, this noise issue has made impossible for me to feel happy here, I can’t wait to move.

Avoid moving here at all costs. In less than a year, my car has been broken in twice, a car rammed through the fence and almost into my patio, people got mugged in front of the entrance, people have had their homes broken into while moving in. That fence was down for almost 5 months, the front gate is always broken, the side doors as well, the leasing office got vandalized and the maintenance guy almost mugged.

The gym was broken into as well and most of the equipment is gone.

Management is a joke, they are beyond useless at all times.

I still live here, so I advice you avoid this place at all cost.

PS: management, if you read this, PLEASE come at me saying anything, I dare you.

Just moved in a few days ago and had the best experience working with the leasing team, specifically Pat Vaughan. She went above and beyond to make my move in as quick and smooth as possible. I have lived at countless other apartments and have to say that the support from the team here is in a league of its own. Anytime I needed assistance with anything Pat was always there to answer my calls and I am happy to be able to call this complex home.

Can't say enough about working with Pat! She's been kind, responsive, and beyond helpful during the leasing process. Obviously cares about her job, and is by far the best leasing agent I've had the pleasure of working with. Thrilled to move in come September!
