Sarku Japan, Humble TX

Japanese food, mmm, very tasty. I think I might become a regular. Ambience is similar to Fresno's scene.

I would sail punch a baby seal in the face for their teriyaki chicken with shrimp. I have dreams of myself eating it. So delicious.

Great food just can't visit mall with our family due to pandemic at the moment but it would be awesome if they could provide delivery.

One of my favorite places! I always come here when I go to the mall. The food is flavorful, plenty, and staff is great there! Even With COVID-19 going on, they still took my card and took my free meal card and accepted it! So definitely going back.

I always get the chicken teriyaki! While the flavor of the chicken is good, the fried rice is just a little more flavorful than the steamed white rice. Sometimes I feel like the chicken isn't cut up small enough, or isn't cooked well enough, as there can be that slightly slimy texture from the meat. The service isn't anything to write home about; it's fine. The staff have never been rude, but they haven't exactly been polite either. The chicken dumplings are really good, but expect a longer wait if you order them. Get the child's portion if you're eating alone; it comes with a drink, and you can switch the steamed white rice for noodles or fried rice for an extra cost. The regular portion size is way too big. The prices aren't the greatest either, especially for what it is. But I still stop by Sarku every time I visit the Deerbrook mall; it's a habit.

I have tried so many places but nothing compares with Sarku Japan chicken flavor.
I always go to the one inside Deerbrook Mall in Humble, Texas. The only thing is that since it's inside a Mall it's to over crowded.
It would be better if they would open a Sarku Japan in a location in Humble but not inside the Mall in my opinion.

THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE BY THE RUDEST STAFF. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. DO NOT GO HERE! I WOULD GIVE A ZERO RATING IF I COULD. THESE JERKS MISTREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A BUSINESS THAT ABUSES ITS CUSTOMERS? ? ! ! STAY AWAY! AND DO NOT PAY FOR DOUBLE CHICKEN BECAUSE YOU DON'T REALLY GET ANYMORE CHICKEN THAN THE NORMAL PORTION. SAVE YOUR MONEY. IF THESE JERKS GET SO UGLY AND ANGRY JUST BECAUSE YOU ASK FOR JUST A LITTLE MORE SAUCE ON YOUR TERIYAKI CHICKEN, DO YOU HONESTLY THINK THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE EXTRA CHICKEN JUST BECAUSE YOU PAY FOR EXTRA CHICKEN? I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK BECAUSE I REFUSE TO PATRONIZE A BUSINESS WHERE THE STAFF ABUSES THE CUSTOMERS. I HOPE THEY LOSE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE MISTREATED AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL CLOSE DOWN. GOOD RIDDANCE!

Delicious but the guy serving the food always trys to give you less chicken when you paid to double it. And if you tell him that's not double chicken, he asks for your receipt. Makes u feel like if you are stilling food when it is the other way around!
