Stingy. Food portion here is a joke. Go to Any other Sarku Japan and you'll see what I mean. I expected the usual Sarku Japan experience. Same portion and same flavor. Not here.

It was okay.the teriyaki chicken was really good, but the fried rice tasted like is was soaked in cleaning solution.the guy at the cash register lowkey tricked me too, he told me a spring roll came with the meal i got but it didn’t and i got charged for that but i didn’t notice until i left.the mango strawberry lemonade left a rlly bad after taste in my mouth too.it wasn’t too expensive (a #1, a small drink, and apparently a spring roll was $14) but i was pretty upset with my overall experience.idk if i’ll be back, and the only reason i’d ever consider going back would be because of the teriyaki chicken.the spring roll was also good, you could probably buy it bulk at costco though.

This place is amazing, great food, and great service. Everyone there is very nice, especially Nathan who was my cashier he was nice and friendly! I come every week.

We really love this place because their teriyaki chicken tastes soooo GOOD! We have had teriyaki chicken at so many different different restaurants, this one is still our favorite. We always add extra chicken for $1.99, very good value!

Anytime you want some fresh Teriyaki and veges, this is the place. Best sauce great options. I prefer white rice and plenty of veges. Drinks are optional. Always a staple when I hit the food court. It's literally prepared in front of you.

Ordered thru the app for pick-up. I got my food quickly once I got there and it was exactly as I ordered it.

I haven't even left the food court and I wanted to get this info out immediately! This good is horrible. I give it 2 stars for a good Dr Pepper & decent beef, otherwise, stay away. Eat at home, eat Ramen or cereal, save yourself, & your hard earned money.

Its very bad place to eat, I ordered 2 boxes of chicken teriyaki.the cook do wrong 1beef1 chicken. I request fixed for me. And the Asian girl looking at me and sending me a dirty look. Not my fault, why they do like that

Went here loved their food until I found hair in my food not one but multiple long black hair I will never eat here again.

Had the teriyaki beef and wife had teriyaki chicken. Needs more flavor over priced. Not worth it.

This location was closed for some time due to covid but I am happy to see that it is open once again! It's my go to mall food each time I visit the Woodlands Mall and it does not disappoint. If you need some extra just ask the cooks to add some extra teriyaki while it's cooking.

My favorite place to eat in the mall! Always fresh usually cooked in front of u. Reasonable price too!

The sushi was alright and so were the dumplings in the bento box. The chicken and the fried rice were very bland.
