Quality! All around just top notch and professional! Talked to Tad on the phone prior to coming in and he was there with the exact parts and help I needed to keep my small engine going! As long as he is running the store you have a lifelong customer

I spent over $300 to get a tune up and the shaft replaced after waiting three weeks. Brought it home and the head stopped turning on the first use. After spending more money to replace the centrifugal clutch, I took it to another repair man Who determined that the Sartin Power Products had left the plastic plunger from the shaft of the old one in the head of my weed eater. This stripped the actual drive from the motor to the head and I had to replace it as well. Someone’s incompetence to determine that the shaft had not been properly installed cost me another $100.

Two locations on Wednesday at 3: 44.neither answer the phones. Guessing out of business? Edit: They were busy helping customers, and with no answering machine, just rang and rang. Imagine my surprise when Tad from the Greenville store called me back to see what he could do! He took the time to locate the parts I needed, I drove over, and had a great experience. All is well! Great guys!

Very helpful. They did not have what I needed but gave me the measurements and all of the sizes I needed to buy it at the hardware store. Very helpful with all your needs and parts and service are awesome too. Is large selection of outdoor power equipment. Would definitely recommend anyone to go there needing outdoor power equipment or service.

They where great to work with. They have repaired a lawn mower tire and I have bought a chainsaw from them

My mower was picked up on June 1st i have called botth locations, emailed thrm also for weeks no response at all. No clue where my mower is or if it is even fixed or stolen. Im always told i will receive a csll back and never have in 8 weeks
