Will with SAS Towing was so great to work with. He made a stressful situation much better. He was friendly, helpful, and even noticed a mistake with our initial price quote and fixed it for us. Got to us super quick on a Sunday evening. Would definitely call SAS again if I was ever in need of a tow!

Awesome company to do business with! They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly easy to work with. I’ve had lots of experiences with tow companies/mechanics in the past and usually you do not get quality customer service. But with SAS towing you do, very impressive. I highly recommend their services and if we need anything the future we will call them first.

Nobody wants to have to have a tow truck come get you off the hwy, but I'm glad these guys are the ones who took my call for help. They are very professional, but also talk with you like your old friends. They were fast, affordable, dependable, honest, and friendly.

Eric Owen was great. First of all, he arrived a lot sooner than the quoted time. He was able to load up my truck very quickly. It was really a blessing since we were trying to load it in our trailer for almost two hours. Very friendly and great customer service. I will definitely call this company again and request him in the future if I need their services again. Thank you again for resolving our headache.

In the midst of a family tragedy my sons had an accident in my older car. The driver that recovered my car was polite and professional. I deeply appreciate him getting my son and vehicle off I35 safely. The owner and his employees were so kind and accommodating when there was a snafu getting the car picked up. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Keep being great gentlemen!

The guys there went above and beyond to get me took care of even on a Sunday night. They drove 1hour 45 min one way. With one of the best attitudes on what ever it takes to help me. So because of this you will have all of our business t-you so much again. (The Grass Patch)

Horrible Service, Dented my brand new bumper and never fixed it or took responsibility for damages, no call back or sorry.

Very responsive and friendly. The technician that came out was a little new at his job but was very experienced with vehicles and helped me quickly. He was very effective and I realized I should have called sooner instead of trying to walk to the truck stop nearby and figuring s solution out on my own (of which there was none for me and my problem). Recommended this family business and would use again. Being stranded somewhere you don't live its not an easy pick to find someone. The folks at the truck stop when I went back also knew the gentleman whom helped me and spoke highly as well. Jarrell seems like a tightly knit town where a lot of folks all know each other and it felt good to have the help. My $. 02.

Do not recommend this company. Make sure you ask questions, and don't just call them for a tow so you know all the hidden charges, like a $95 hook up fee. Your receipt says loaded/hooked milage, but they really charge you "port to port'. So for a less than 15 mile tow i was billed 44 miles. There are definitely more trust worthy tow companies out there.

I broke down on the service Road right before their shop I walked up to their shop talk to the boss he said it would be a while before they could work on it he said better yet if you're in a hurry run down to the auto Part store and get what you need here is The keys to my brand new truck the man did not know me from Adam but he bent over backwards trying to help me good bunch boys up there
