Sassy Lassie, Fredericksburg TX

This store is always so much fun! The new clothes that they are carrying are super cute and it's nice to have an area to distract the boyfriend so I actually have a chance to look around lol! Shop small!

Pretty sure I met Sassy herself today.
I went into this store with my family for my sisters birthday and was super excited to show them this store because ‘normally’ I love it. As I went to the back to show my niece the cool toys and weapons in the back there were two shopping baskets sitting on the floor. I didn’t think much of it and stepped over the basket. Before my foot even touched the ground I hear a “NO. STOP. ”. I spin around to angry lady standing there and she tells me “We just mopped! ”
She then turns to some guy and hand gestures a “look” at me and my niece and the guy rolls his eyes, shakes his head, and walks away from us!
Then if that’s not bad enough, I tell her “oh my gosh, I’m so sorry, I didn’t realize those baskets were there on purpose! ”
She huffs and tells us “Well OBVIOUSLY we were trying to block that area. ”
Obviously!?
Invest in ‘Wet Floor’ signs if you want it to be obvious. Don’t scold your customers who are just trying to enjoy the store and make them feel bad.
Now I understand why the store is called “Sassy” Lassie. Instead of kind customer service you get eye rolls and scoldings. My goodness.

Great customer service even for online orders! Jeanie went out of her way to email with me about my online order, despite me living three states away! She was transparent about what they had in stock, and was quick to ship my order! She even provided her phone number so i could text her once my order arrived and offered a full return/refund if my order wasn’t satisfactory.i will definitely be ordering from sassy lassie again!

This is a must stop for all.this shop has an amazing staff and variety! The clothing for ladies is cute and trendy.and if you are into collectibles for the Husband then your in the right spot. Please do yourself an favor and visit the location.when your here! You won't regret it.
