Had my x-rays and 6-month cleaning today. Hygienist was kind, explained everything she was doing, and did a great job with no pain experienced.

Everyone was so friendly! They did a great job of explaining what they were doing and what would work best for me. I was given options and all the information needed to decide what was the right plan for my needs. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision and felt so comfortable throughout the entire experience.

Dr. Moon and staff are running the best Dental practice you'll find! Everyone is incredibly nice, from the front desk, to the Hygienists and Dental Assistants, to Dr. Moon himself! All are very knowledgeable, and no question goes unanswered. Currently getting Invisalign through them, and I'd highly recommend this - in addition to their regular Dental services. The team that've been guiding me through this are awesome, and I'm very happy with the results thus far! Also, they accommodate (tolerate) my regular changing of appointments and the unanswered appointment confirmations (sorry!) - due to work demands. I really appreciate their patience! Due to all of the above, I wouldn't go anywhere else. You shouldn't either!

I don’t normally do reviews but this one needed to be written. Service the day of appointment was excellent. Staff was very inviting and personable. The problem was I am on Medicare. I just started with it snd was looking for a dentist that took it. I called Medicare to find out how much check ups were. I started looking and wanted one close to my home. I found Savannah Dental. I made my first appointment. I was told at the end of the appointment that I owed 99.00. I told them my check ups were 0.00. They said no so I paid it. I called Medicare from my car and they put me on hold to call the girl at the office. Medicare told them I had the 0.00 copay. Apparently they received the wrong information on my coverage when they called. So I called dentist back and was told that they would process my refund. Now, here I am 6 weeks later with no refund. They should have voided the transaction that day! I have called every week to get my refund processed and was told repeatedly they would take care of it immediately and apologized every time. This is rediculous! My “great” first visit turned into a NIGHTMARE visit! ! Be careful what you pay for for your services. You may not get it back!

This place just got free money from dental insurance and me they couldn't help me with a crack tooth. Dr.had no experience dealing with my tooth issue. They did not have the equipment for working on a crack tooth. Had a tooth pulled a few years ago and they extracted the wrong tooth so I had two pulled that time I went to this place. The wrong tooth just had a little cavity issues most likely it could had been saved. Glad this place is just a Dentistry not a hospital where if you would need surgery imagine what could happen to you.

From the first time I contacted Camilla at the front desk I knew I found the best Dental Office for me and my family. She took pride in listening, researching, and communicating the process with me as it was my first experience with dental care. Once I made it to the office I was greeted with ALL SMILES which led to me being comfortable and ready to follow any instructions by the team:). Breann the Hygienist educated me on how things work at the office before she began to take notes of my condition. She took non-invasive x-rays and pictures, with the info she gathered, the team was able to create a flexible financial plan that worked for my next visit which was a root canal, filling, and deep cleaning. Next I was introduced to Dr. Moon who has been amazing in his humor and caring perspective on the importance of a healthy mouth for all people lol. He advised me the importance of not prolonging the procedure as the pain would be greater later if I wait - HE WAS CORRECT, lol within a few days I was feeling deep pain at the affected tooth. I called and spoke with Crystal, the office manager and advised her I was in very bad pain. She set me an appointment ASAP (between you and me I was scared lol) I called my Best Friend Kayla Piggins and asked her to come with me and the Savannah Dental Care team welcomed her like family. Alisha the Assistant worked in sync with Dr. Moon and provided another layer of comfort which helped me relax more. They communicated with me every step in the process and seriously, I didn't even feel any pain at all during the whole procedure. (I thought I was going to need laughing gas HaHaHa!) the Procedure went Great! They have hands like feathers and are caring like angels. As of today I have no pain and will be honored to go back to finish all of my dental expectations. Savannah Dental Care has shown to be like a loving family with professional care. If you are looking for Dental care THEY ARE THE BEST!

A near perfect experience. The staff is awesome. The kindest and most caring of any I have ever encountered. The doctors That I’ve met there are very accommodating and great communicators.
They have some of the most up-to-date relevant equipment. Completely impressed.

The staff was very welcoming and kind and the office was very clean. The dentist and hygienist were very easy to talk to and never made me feel bad about my teeth. They were very gentle during the cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

Dr. Moon is very good. He explains everything that the person needs. He treats everyone like family. He is very polite and respectful for your needs and wants for your dental care. The dental assistants and office staff are very professional, kind and understanding. Our family is in good care with them.

Let me just start by saying I have never let 1 dentist work on all my teeth. Typically I will go to a dentist have something done and then be on my way until my next issue. I needed to have a root canal done and I found this place. When I tell you they made this root canal the best experience I'm not being dramatic! They made me comfortable, they catered to me! They call me when I fall off to make sure I'm coming in to get my treatments done. Also the little things, Alex is one of the techs and I've had conversations with her and she always follows up the next time I'm in to ask me how something went or if I went on vacation. The customer service is phenomenal. Dr moon, gets down to business but also has a fun personality so I Dont feel scared or uneasy! Yama is an expert she can do it all. When my teeth are being difficult she comes in and says let's get it together and will go in and get the job done! I truly love this place and for as long as I'm in this area they will always have me as a customer! Thank you savannah dental care for getting all my teeth taken care of and making me feel important for the little amount of time I've spent with you ️

Had to come in for a deep cleaning, and they were amazing! Helped explain what I was getting it, why I needed it, and all the follow up steps and appointments that I will need. Definitely top notch service!
